Single-Room Mobile Toilet Manufacturing
Admin September 21, 2026
There are mainly two ways to manufacture single-room mobile toilets: DIY handmade production and factory custom production.

DIY Handmade Production:
Using water storage tanks and pallets as core materials, assembly is completed with basic tools. Specific steps include:
- Mobile Structure Construction: Fix universal wheels at the bottom of the pallet to form a movable base; place the water storage tank as the main structure and cut an opening at the top of the tank for internal installation.
- Space Integration: Stack two water storage tanks and secure them with self-tapping screws to increase internal height; cut a doorway on the side of the tank to ensure easy access for people.
- Sewage System Installation: Drill a hole in the floor inside the tank, install a drain elbow and pipe, and connect it to an external sewage container or discharge it directly (complying with environmental protection requirements); secure the toilet (either a squat or sit toilet can be chosen) to ensure tightness.
- Sanitary Facility Configuration: Install faucets, sinks, showers, etc., and reserve cold and hot water pipe connections; some designs can add a small water storage tank or connect to an external water source to meet water needs.
- External Encapsulation and Decoration: Install a door and door handle to ensure privacy; paint or wrap decorative materials on the outside of the tank as needed to enhance aesthetics.
This method has lower costs and is suitable for personal or temporary use, but it requires certain hands-on skills and tool support, and its tightness and durability may be inferior to professional products.
Factory Custom Production:
Most single-room mobile toilets on the market are produced by professional manufacturers using modular designs. Materials include color-coated steel, aluminum-plastic panels, stainless steel, plastic, fiberglass, etc., and processes include welding, riveting, injection molding, etc. Their characteristics include:
- Standardized Production: Design different specifications according to usage (such as scenic spots, construction sites, outdoors), supporting mass production and fast delivery (some products can be delivered within 48 hours).
- Diverse Functions: Integrate sewage systems (such as direct discharge, packaging, biodegradation), ventilation systems, lighting systems, and some high-end models are equipped with air conditioners and smart sensing devices.
- Service Guarantee: Manufacturers provide custom services (such as size, color, function adjustments) and offer after-sales policies such as freight insurance and purchase-first-pay-later to reduce procurement risks.
This method is suitable for long-term use or scenarios with high requirements for hygiene and durability, but the cost is relatively high.
