Single Mobile Toilet Production

There are mainly two ways to produce a single mobile toilet: using a water storage barrel and using a water storage tank with a pallet. Details are as follows:

Production Using a Water Storage Barrel

1. Base Frame Construction: Take a water storage barrel from home and split it in half with an angle grinder. Prepare a wooden board and fix universal wheels at its four corners for easy movement. Take several wooden strips and fix them to the upper side of the barrel with self-tapping screws to increase the height.
2. Door Frame and Wall Construction: Open a doorway on the side of the water storage barrel and install sponge strips on both sides of the doorway to form a door frame. Insert plastic soft boards between the wooden strips to create an elevated wall.
3. Roof Installation: Place the upper half of the water storage barrel on top of the wooden strips as the roof. Paint the wooden strips with white waterproof paint to enhance aesthetics.
4. Simple Door Production: Use foam strips to拼接 (assemble) discarded honeycomb wooden boards to make a simple door.
5. Drainage System Setup: Open a hole at the bottom of the barrel and install a drainage pipe to form a floor drain. Open holes on the side and bottom of the plastic barrel and install direct connectors. Place the plastic barrel on the roof to form a small water storage device.
6. Bathroom Facility Installation: Connect the water pipes to form a bath heater and install a three-way connector below the inlet pipe to connect the showerhead.
7. Toilet Installation: Place the toilet on the drainage pipe hole, install the water tank, and fix it with glass glue. Connect the drainage pipe to the sewage tank. Horizontally connect a water pipe from the three-way connector of the outlet pipe to the doorway as the inlet pipe for the sink. Open holes on the door and install corresponding components.

Production Using a Water Storage Tank and a Pallet

1. Mobile Base Preparation: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of a plastic pallet with tools and place a water storage tank collected from a garbage station on the pallet.
2. Tank Body Processing: Cut along the marked line on the top of the water storage tank with an angle grinder to remove the top and form an open tank body. Invert another open-top water storage tank and stack it on the first tank body, and fix the outer frame with self-tapping screws.
3. Doorway Opening: Cut a rectangular opening on the outer frame of the water storage tank and cut the tank body according to the corresponding size to form a doorway.
4. Drainage System Setup: Open a hole on the internal floor of the water storage tank, insert an elbow from the bottom upwards and cut in a section of water pipe. Seal it with glue and cut off the excess water pipe.
5. Toilet Installation: Place the toilet against the drainage hole and fix it with glue. Connect the inlet pipe to the toilet water tank.
6. Handwashing Facility Installation: Fix a water pipe on the wall clip and install a faucet. Fix a pipe cap with screws below the faucet, connect a water pipe, and open a hole at the bottom as the outlet for the drainage pipe. Open a hole on the pipe cap, apply glass glue, and fix a handwashing basin made of a stainless steel basin.
7. Showerhead Installation: Connect the shower hose and install the showerhead bracket and toilet seat. Install a spray-type showerhead made of water pipes.
8. Door Installation: Bring a wooden board and fix hinges on the frame of the water storage tank. Fix the other side of the hinges to the wooden box to form the door of the toilet. Install a door handle on the door.
