Single Mobile Toilet Design

Admin October 02, 2026

Single mobile toilet designs come in various forms, with common types including single-squat mobile toilets and mobile toilets repurposed from water storage tanks, and can be classified according to different standards.

The single-squat mobile toilet is a relatively common design. Its dimensions are typically 1.2 meters in length and width, and 2.7 meters in height. In terms of structure, the frame and columns are made of galvanized square tubes, which offer good strength and corrosion resistance, ensuring the stability of the toilet. Externally, it features a metal carved panel with a yellow top and gray brick pattern at the bottom, which is both aesthetically pleasing and durable. The door is equipped with an aluminum alloy single-opening glass door, which is not only convenient to use but also enhances the overall texture. The indoor floor is paved with waterproof and anti-slip materials, effectively preventing water accumulation and ensuring the safety of users.

Using a water storage tank to create a single mobile toilet is also an innovative design. The specific method involves splitting the water storage tank in half, fixing universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board for easy mobility, and using wooden strips to fix and increase the height on the upper side of the tank to meet usage requirements. An opening is made on the side of the water storage tank, and a door frame, walls, and a roof are installed. At the same time, drainage, shower, toilet, and sink fixtures are installed to provide the functionality of a complete bathroom.

In addition, mobile toilets can be classified according to different standards. According to structural form, they can be divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets. Single-structure mobile toilets are relatively independent and have a simple structure; composite-structure mobile toilets may be composed of multiple parts and have more complex functions. According to mobility method, they can be divided into lifting and handling mobile toilets, and powered and towed mobile toilets. Lifting and handling mobile toilets require external equipment for movement; powered and towed mobile toilets have their own power or can be towed by vehicles. According to sewage treatment method, they can be divided into water-flush and non-water-flush suction mobile toilets, circulating water-flush mobile toilets, and dry-pack mobile toilets. Different sewage treatment methods are suitable for different usage scenarios and requirements.
