Simple Portable Toilet Production Diagram
Admin September 27, 2026
Currently, there is no ready-made detailed production diagram for a simple portable toilet, but you can roughly understand the production key points based on the process of a young man using a water storage tank to make a portable toilet:

I. Basic Frame Construction
- Water Storage Tank Processing: Select an appropriate water storage tank and use an angle grinder to split it in half lengthwise to serve as the main container for making the portable toilet.
- Mobile Device Installation: Prepare a wooden board and fix universal wheels at its four corners. This makes it convenient to move and position the entire portable toilet.
- Height Increase: Take several wooden strips and fix them to the upper side of the tank with self-tapping screws to increase the overall height of the toilet and provide space for installing other components later.
II. Wall and Roof Construction
- Doorway Creation: Use an angle grinder again to create a doorway at an appropriate position on the side of the water storage tank for people to enter and exit.
- Door Frame Making: Install foam strips on both sides of the doorway to form the shape of a door frame in preparation for installing a door.
- Heightened Wall Construction: Take plastic soft boards and insert them between the wooden strips to form heightened walls, providing a certain degree of shielding and protection.
- Roof Installation: Place the upper half of the water storage tank on top of the wooden strips to serve as the roof of the toilet, providing shelter inside.
III. Functional Component Installation
- Waterproofing Treatment: Apply white waterproof paint to the wooden strips to prevent them from getting damp and rotting, thus extending their service life.
- Simple Door Making: Use foam strips to splice discarded honeycomb wooden boards to make a simple door and install it on the door frame.
- Drainage System: Create a hole at the bottom of the tank and install a drain pipe to form a floor drain for easy sewage discharge. Drill holes on the side and bottom of a plastic bucket and connect them with direct fittings. Place the plastic bucket on the roof to form a small water storage device for collecting rainwater, etc. Connect the drain pipe to a sewage tank to ensure proper sewage discharge.
- Bathing Facilities: Connect the water pipes made into a bath heater. Install a tee under the water inlet pipe and connect it to a showerhead to meet bathing needs. Horizontally connect a water pipe to the tee on the water outlet pipe and extend it to the doorway as the water inlet pipe for a hand-washing basin for convenient hand-washing.
- Toilet Installation: Place the toilet on the hole of the drain pipe, install the water tank properly, and fix it with glass glue to ensure normal use of the toilet.
