Simple Mobile Toilet Production Video Translation
Admin September 28, 2026
Currently, there is no direct production video available, but the production methods for simple mobile toilets can be summarized based on related video content introductions. There are mainly two common methods as follows:

Making a Mobile Toilet Using a Water Storage Barrel
- Basic Structure Construction: First, use an angle grinder to split the water storage barrel in half. Fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board for easy mobility. Use wooden strips and self-tapping screws to increase the height of the barrel, providing space for the subsequent installation of other components.
- Door and Wall Construction: Create an opening on the side of the water storage barrel. Install sponge strips to form a door frame and embed plastic soft boards to create raised walls, enhancing the privacy and stability of the toilet.
- Roof Installation: Place the upper half of the water storage barrel on top of the wooden strips to form a roof, providing protection from wind and rain.
- Internal Device Installation: Create a hole at the bottom of the barrel and install a drain pipe to form a floor drain for easy sewage discharge. Create holes on the side and bottom of a plastic barrel and connect them with direct fittings. Place the plastic barrel on the roof to form a small water storage device and connect it to a shower unit made of water pipes. Install a toilet and a water tank, connect the drain pipe to a sewage tank, and connect a water pipe to the three-way outlet of the drain pipe as the inlet pipe for a sink to meet basic usage requirements.
Making a Mobile Toilet Using a Water Storage Tank and a Pallet
- Mobile Base Preparation: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of a pallet and place a water storage tank retrieved from a garbage station on it.
- Tank Processing and Assembly: Use an angle grinder to cut along the marked line on the top of the water storage tank to remove the top and form an open-top tank. Invert another open-top water storage tank and stack it on the first tank, securing the outer frame with self-tapping screws.
- Doorway Creation: Cut out a rectangular opening to form a doorway for easy access.
- Internal Facility Installation: Create a hole in the floor inside the water storage tank, insert an elbow and a water pipe, and seal them. Install a toilet. Fix water pipes on the wall with clips and install a faucet, connecting it to a sink. Connect an inlet pipe to the toilet water tank, connect a shower hose, and install a showerhead. Install a toilet seat.
- Door Making and Installation: Make a door for the toilet using wooden boards and hinges and install a door handle to ensure safety and convenience during use.
