Simple Mobile Toilet Production
Admin September 22, 2026
Simple mobile toilets can be made using water storage barrels or tanks and pallets. Here are the specific methods:

Production Using Water Storage Barrels
- Barrel Body Processing: Use an angle grinder to split the water storage barrel in half lengthwise to provide a basic structure for subsequent assembly.
- Installation of Mobile Device: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board to make the entire simple toilet mobile, allowing for easy adjustment of its position according to actual needs.
- Height Adjustment: Attach wooden strips and self-tapping screws to the upper side of the barrel to increase its height, enhancing user comfort and preventing excessive bending.
- Wall Construction: Create an opening on the side of the water storage barrel, install sponge strips to form a door frame, and embed plastic soft panels to form walls, ensuring a certain degree of privacy while facilitating easy fabrication and installation.
- Roof Setup: Place the upper half of the water storage barrel on top of the wooden strips as a roof and apply waterproof paint to its surface, which not only improves aesthetics but also prevents rainwater leakage.
- Drainage System Installation: Drill a hole at the bottom of the barrel to install a drainage pipe as a floor drain, drill a hole on the side to connect a direct joint, and place a plastic bucket as a small water storage device to ensure smooth drainage and collection of sewage.
- Sanitary Facility Installation: Install a bath heater, toilet, and water tank made from water pipes, connect the drainage pipe to the sewage bucket, and extend the water pipe to the door as an inlet pipe for the sink to meet basic sanitary needs.
Production Using Water Storage Tanks and Pallets
- Pallet Modification: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of a plastic pallet to provide a mobile base for the entire simple toilet.
- Tank Body Processing: Place a water storage tank retrieved from a garbage station and use an angle grinder to cut along the top marked line to remove the top, forming an open-top tank body for easy installation of internal facilities.
- Tank Stacking: Invert another open-top water storage tank and stack it on the first tank body, securing the outer frame with self-tapping screws to increase the toilet's space and stability.
- Opening Setup: Cut a rectangular opening on the outer frame of the water storage tank as a doorway, drill a hole in the interior floor, insert an elbow and water pipe, and seal the gaps to prepare for toilet and drainage installation.
- Sanitary Facility Installation: Install a toilet and secure it with glue, fix a water pipe at the wall clips to install a faucet, and make and fix a stainless steel basin as a sink below to meet daily usage needs.
- Shower Facility Installation: Connect the inlet pipe of the toilet water tank and the shower hose, install a shower bracket, toilet seat, and spray-type showerhead to provide shower functionality.
- Door Installation: Fix hinges on the frame of the water storage tank to connect wooden boards as a door and install a door handle to ensure privacy during use.
