Simple Mobile Toilet Installation

Admin September 21, 2026

The installation methods for simple mobile toilets vary depending on the type, mainly divided into two types: mobile toilets and single-unit or composite-structure mobile toilets. Here are the specific installation steps:

Installation of Mobile Toilets

  • Check Components: After receiving the package for the mobile toilet, first open it and carefully check if all components are present. This is a fundamental step to ensure the smooth progress of subsequent installation work and avoid interruptions due to missing components.
  • Install Toilet Flange: Install the toilet flange properly, ensuring that the center of the flange aligns with the center of the drainpipe, and then place the toilet steadily and correctly. The accuracy of this step is crucial; if the flange is not installed correctly, it may lead to issues such as water leakage during toilet use.
  • Install Angle Valve and Related Components: Install the angle valve and connect the three-way fitting for the water inlet and spray head, then screw on the water inlet hose for the toilet. During installation, ensure that all components are tightly connected to prevent water leakage.
  • Assemble Toilet Spray Head: Tighten the sealing rubber rings at both ends of the toilet spray head, and after assembly, connect it to the other end of the three-way fitting. The tightness of the sealing rubber rings should be moderate; over-tightening may damage the rings, while under-tightening may cause water leakage.
  • Install Spray Head Bracket: Forcefully clamp the spray head bracket onto the top of the three-way fitting, ensuring that the bracket is firmly installed and can stably support the spray head.
  • Water Test and Sealing: After completing the above steps, conduct a water test for the toilet to check if all components are working properly and if there is any water leakage. If the water test is successful, proceed with the sealing operation to further seal the connection between the toilet and the floor, preventing odor emission and water leakage.

Installation of Single-Unit or Composite-Structure Mobile Toilets

  • Prepare Tools: After receiving the goods, prepare tools such as an electric drill, a 4.2-millimeter drill bit, and a rivet gun, which are essential for the installation process.
  • Install Inner Corners: First, install the inner corners one by one to provide a stable frame structure for subsequent panel assembly.
  • Assemble Panels: Insert the panels into the slots and align them for assembly, ensuring that the top and panels are aligned. This step requires careful operation to ensure the flatness and firmness of the panel assembly.
  • Drill Holes and Secure: Use the drill bit to drill holes in the assembled panels, then insert rivets and secure them with the rivet gun. The fixation with rivets can make the structure of the entire mobile toilet more stable.
