Construction Standards for Simple Mobile Toilets

Admin October 10, 2026

The construction standards for simple mobile toilets primarily cover three major aspects: product types, material and structure, and customization processes, as detailed below:

I. Product Types
Simple mobile toilets can be classified into various types based on their structural forms and functional configurations. Single-unit mobile toilets are suitable for locations with dispersed foot traffic, such as parks and scenic spots, featuring a compact structure and a small footprint. Modular mobile toilets form multiple toilet compartments through modular assembly, offering strong scalability and the ability to be equipped with facilities such as handwashing stations and urinals, making them suitable for large events or temporary venues. Mobile toilets with barrier-free access are specifically designed for individuals with disabilities, adhering to barrier-free design specifications such as ramp width and handrail height. Eco-friendly ecological toilets employ microbial degradation or recirculating water flushing technologies to reduce water consumption and pollution, making them suitable for water-scarce areas or regions with high environmental protection requirements. Luxury mobile toilets are equipped with facilities such as air conditioning, lighting, and ventilation fans to enhance user comfort, suitable for high-end venues or special-demand scenarios. Product dimensions typically have standard specifications, with length ranging from 1.2 meters to 3.0 meters, and corresponding ranges for width and height, which can be selected based on the actual site and requirements.

II. Material and Structure
Simple mobile toilets generally use steel structures as their main framework to ensure stability and durability. Exterior wall materials can be selected from galvanized steel sheets, stainless steel sheets, aluminum sheets, or metal carved panels, which are corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. Internally, rock wool or polyurethane is commonly used for thermal insulation to adapt to different climatic conditions. The floor is laid with anti-slip flooring and paired with a waterproof layer to prevent water leakage. Doors and windows often use aluminum alloy profiles with insulated tempered glass, ensuring both light transmission and safety. Additionally, the internal electrical circuit configuration of the toilet must comply with safety regulations, with outlets, lighting, and air conditioning reservations planned in advance.

III. Customization Process
The customization service for simple mobile toilets typically begins with communication of requirements, including determining dimensions and layout, door and window positions and opening methods, internal electrical circuit configuration, exterior color, and logo design. Based on the on-site conditions provided by the user, the enterprise will offer a reasonable design plan, and upon confirmation, proceed to the factory prefabrication stage. The production cycle generally ranges from 7 to 15 days, depending on the complexity of the plan. After prefabrication is complete, the product is transported to the site in whole or modular form, requiring only basic leveling before hoisting or assembly. Once connected to water and electricity, it can be quickly put into use, significantly shortening the construction cycle.
