Simple Mobile Toilet Construction
The construction of a simple mobile toilet can be achieved using a water storage tank or drum combined with a pallet. The core steps include structural assembly, facility installation, and drainage system construction. The specific methods are as follows:

I. Construction Using a Water Storage Drum
Basic Structure Preparation
Use an angle grinder to split the water storage drum longitudinally along its central axis, creating two semi-circular drum bodies. Choose one half as the main body of the toilet and the other half can be repurposed as a roof or spare part. Fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board to ensure mobility. Build a frame on the side of the drum body using wooden strips and self-tapping screws to increase the height to an appropriate range (usually 1.8-2 meters) and cut a rectangular opening on the side as a doorway.Wall and Roof Installation
Attach sponge strips along the edges of the door frame to enhance sealing. Embed transparent plastic soft panels as wall materials, balancing lightness and privacy protection. Invert the uncut upper half of the water storage drum onto the top of the main body and secure it with screws to form an arched roof, preventing rainwater infiltration.Drainage and Facility Connection
Drill a hole at the center of the drum bottom, install a PVC drainage pipe, and connect a bend to form a floor drain, ensuring smooth sewage discharge. Cut an opening on the side to connect an inlet pipe, linking to a sink, toilet tank, and showerhead. When installing the toilet, lay a waterproof layer at the bottom of the drum. The bathroom heater can be fixed on the inner side of the roof, and the showerhead should be adjusted to an appropriate height.
II. Construction Using a Water Storage Tank and Pallet
Mobile Pallet Assembly
Install universal wheels at the four corners of a square pallet. Choose a metal pallet with strong load-bearing capacity to support the weight of the water storage tank. Place a single water storage tank in the center of the pallet and use an angle grinder to cut the top of the tank, creating a cylindrical space with an opening diameter of about 60 centimeters.Tank Stacking and Opening Treatment
Stack two cut water storage tanks on top of each other and secure them along the edges with self-tapping screws to form a double-layer structure for enhanced stability. Cut a rectangular doorway (approximately 60×180 centimeters) on the side of the tank. Drill a hole in the internal floor to install a drainage bend, extending the outlet to the edge of the pallet for easy connection to an external drainage pipe.Facility Fixing and Door Installation
When placing the toilet, apply waterproof glass glue at the bottom of the tank to ensure sealing. Install the faucet and sink in the reserved holes on the side of the tank, and fix the shower bracket on the edge of the upper tank. Make the door from lightweight wooden boards, connect it to the door frame with hinges, install locks and door handles, and attach sealing strips at the door seams to prevent odor diffusion.
Precautions: Before construction, confirm the load-bearing capacity of the materials. The drainage system should be inclined at 3-5 degrees to avoid water accumulation. All metal parts should be treated for rust prevention. Facility configurations can be adjusted according to actual needs, such as adding storage shelves or ventilation fans.
