Simple Construction Site Mobile Toilet

Admin September 24, 2026

Simple construction site mobile toilets can be made using materials such as water storage tanks and pallets, or water storage buckets. The following describes the specific process of making one using a water storage tank and a pallet:

Preliminary Preparations

Prepare materials and tools such as water storage tanks, pallets, casters, cutting tools, water pipes, toilets, faucets, washbasins, and wooden boards. Choose water storage tanks with good quality and a certain degree of strength. The pallets should be able to bear the weight of the water storage tank and related facilities. The casters should ensure flexible movement and sufficient load-bearing capacity.

Production Steps

  1. Install Casters: Fix the casters at the bottom of the pallet to ensure a firm installation, enabling the entire mobile toilet to move conveniently. The distribution of the casters should be reasonable to ensure stability during movement.
  2. Process the Water Storage Tank: Place the water storage tank on the pallet and cut it according to the design requirements to form an open tank. This opening will serve as the entrance for people.
  3. Stack and Fix the Tanks: Stack and fix two processed tanks together to increase the internal space height of the toilet, making it more suitable for use. Use appropriate connectors during fixation to ensure a tight connection between the tanks without any wobbling.
  4. Cut the Entrance: On the stacked tanks, cut an entrance according to the pre-designed position and size to facilitate people's entry and exit. The edges of the entrance should be smoothed to avoid scratching people.
  5. Install the Drainage System: Open a drainage hole at an appropriate position on the internal floor and connect the water pipe. The position of the drainage hole should be reasonable to ensure smooth drainage of sewage while preventing the backflow of odors.
  6. Install Sanitary Facilities: Install facilities such as toilets, faucets, and washbasins inside the toilet. Choose a toilet type suitable for mobile toilets. The installation of faucets and washbasins should ensure normal use and a firm connection.
  7. Install the Door: Finally, fix a wooden board at the entrance as a door to ensure flexible opening and closing and provide a certain degree of sealing to ensure privacy and hygiene inside the toilet.
