Shuanghe City Cement Prefabricated Houses

There are two main projects involving cement prefabricated houses in Shuanghe City, namely the New Integrated House Production Project of Shuanghe City Wankang Cement Prefabricated Products Processing Co., Ltd. and the Jinxinchenkun Cement Prefabricated Products Processing and Construction Project of the 84th Regiment.

New Integrated House Production Project of Shuanghe City Wankang Cement Prefabricated Products Processing Co., Ltd.:

• Construction Location: Located on the south side of Wuhuan Road in the Xinsai Industrial Park, Shuanghe City, the Fifth Division.
• Main Project Contents and Construction Scale: The project covers a total area of 5,500 square meters with a total construction area of 260 square meters. It includes the construction of one open-air gantry crane covering an area of 1,344 square meters, one open-air production area covering an area of 700 square meters, the renovation of one office building using existing factory buildings with a construction area of 60 square meters, and one warehouse with a construction area of 200 square meters. The project produces 480 sets of integrated houses annually, with a total weight of 12,082.9 tons per year.
• Construction Unit and Environmental Impact Assessment Unit: The construction unit is Shuanghe City Wankang Cement Prefabricated Products Processing Co., Ltd., and the environmental impact assessment unit is Xinjiang Shengtai Technology Consulting Co., Ltd.

Jinxinchenkun Cement Prefabricated Products Processing and Construction Project of the 84th Regiment:

• Construction Location: Located in the 1st Company of the 84th Regiment, Shuanghe City, the Fifth Division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, with central geographical coordinates of 828′12.315″ east longitude and 4455′25.686″ north latitude.
• Main Project Contents and Construction Scale: Two new factory buildings and one office building are constructed, with a total construction area of 7,000 square meters. Processing equipment for cement prefabricated houses and prefabricated wells, as well as one set of mixing equipment, are purchased, and supporting facilities are constructed. The project plans to produce 100 sets of prefabricated cement houses and 1,000 sets of prefabricated cement wells per year.
• Construction Unit and Environmental Impact Assessment Unit: The construction unit is Shuanghe City Jinxinchenkun New Building Materials Co., Ltd., and the environmental impact assessment unit is Xinjiang Lvwei Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd.
