Shower Room Mobile Toilet Production
There are mainly three ways to produce shower room mobile toilets: on-site custom production, production using a water bucket, and production using a plastic bucket.

On-site Custom Production
This method is relatively convenient and efficient. First, plan the spatial layout according to actual needs and determine the installation positions of facilities such as the toilet, water heater, bath heater, top-mounted showerhead, exhaust fan, and beauty mirror. Then, carry out the installation work. Since it is custom-made, it can fully meet personalized requirements. For example, the height of the showerhead can be adjusted according to the user's height, and a toilet of an appropriate size can be selected based on the available space. After installation, simply connect the water and electricity supplies. There is no need for traditional cumbersome procedures such as bricklaying, and it can be put into use on the same day. This production method is suitable for people who have high requirements for sanitary facilities, pursue convenience, and have a certain budget. It is commonly used in temporary event venues and construction site dormitories.
Production Using a Water Bucket
First, prepare a suitable water bucket and install universal wheels on a wooden board as the base to ensure mobility. Place the cut water bucket on the base and fix it to the bucket body with wooden strips to enhance stability. Then, cut the water bucket to create an entrance and exit, and wrap and fix the cut edges with wooden boards to prevent injury to users. Extend and heighten the bucket with aluminum-plastic panels and install a bucket lid to provide a certain degree of sealing and protection. Paint the wooden strips inside with white paint for both aesthetics and moisture resistance. Process wooden doors from wood and install hinges to ensure normal door operation. Mark the hole positions at the bottom, connect elbow drain pipes, and install floor drains for easy drainage. Drill holes in the green bucket to install water pipe connectors, splice PVC pipes to make a showerhead, and install valve switches and three-way pipes to achieve shower functionality. Drill a hole in the middle of the base as the toilet drain pipe and install a toilet. Apply sealant around the toilet to prevent water leakage. This method has a relatively low cost, but the production process is more complex and requires certain hands-on skills and tools.
Production Using a Plastic Bucket
Cut the bucket body at one-third of its height and install wheel devices at the bottom for mobility. Nail wooden strips into the bucket body to increase its height and create two slits as the entrance to the restroom. Fix two synthetic wooden boards on the edges of the iron sheet, place the iron sheet in the middle of the heightened wooden strips, cover the top with a cut plastic bucket, and overlap the connections of the iron sheet to prevent peeping. Apply anti-corrosion paint to the wooden strips to extend their service life. Make a restroom door from the remaining wooden floor and install hinges to test door opening and closing. Drill holes to install drainage holes. Refit a large trash can onto the bucket body, drill holes at the bottom, and install water pipe connectors to serve as a water storage tank. Make a showerhead from PVC pipes, connect the water pipes with strong adhesive, connect a three-way pipe to the main water pipe to supply water to the sink, shower, and toilet respectively, and fill the gaps at the bottom after installing the toilet with epoxy resin adhesive. This method also has a low cost, but it is more difficult to produce, and the overall stability may be relatively weak.
