Shiyan Flush-Type Mobile Toilet
The Shiyan flush-type mobile toilet is a portable sanitation facility equipped with complete flushing, sewage discharge, and ventilation functions. Its core structure and working principles are as follows:

1. Cabinet Structure
Constructed from sturdy, insulated, and waterproof composite materials, it serves as the supporting frame and protective shell for the entire toilet. The cabinet design must meet impact-resistant and corrosion-resistant requirements, while the internal insulation layer adapts to different climatic conditions, ensuring no freezing in winter and heat insulation in summer. A service hatch is typically installed on the top for easy maintenance of internal equipment.
2. Toilet Fixtures and Sewage Storage System
Equipped with a standard toilet or squat pan, directly connected to a large sewage storage tank (black water tank) below. The black water tank's capacity is designed according to usage scenarios, generally capable of holding waste from dozens of people. The tank adopts a sealed structure to prevent leakage and includes a suction port for easy emptying. Some high-end models add biodegradable agents to the black water tank, reducing odors and lowering the frequency of waste removal through microbial decomposition.
3. Flushing System
Composed of a small freshwater tank (white water tank), flushing device, and piping. The white water tank typically has a capacity of 100-200 liters, with water release controlled by mechanical pedals, buttons, or inductive solenoid valves. The flushing water volume is optimized, requiring only 3-5 liters of freshwater per flush, effectively cleaning the toilet fixtures while extending the usage cycle of the freshwater tank. Inductive flushing devices are triggered by infrared or microwave sensors, reducing the risk of contact contamination.
4. Handwashing and Wastewater Treatment
Integrated with a stainless steel sink, water-saving faucet, and soap dispenser, with handwashing wastewater discharged through independent piping. Some models are equipped with a gray water tank to collect wastewater, preventing direct discharge and environmental pollution; simpler models discharge wastewater directly into municipal sewers or septic tanks through gravity drainage systems. Faucets adopt foot-operated or inductive designs to further reduce the risk of cross-infection.
5. Ventilation and Deodorization System
A low-noise exhaust fan is installed on the top, creating a negative pressure environment through ventilation ducts to continuously expel odors from the cabinet to the outdoors. The ventilation ducts adopt anti-backflow designs to prevent the ingress of external polluted air. Some models incorporate activated carbon filters or ultraviolet sterilization lamps for secondary purification of the exhausted air, ensuring ambient air quality.
Maintenance Process
The black water tank is regularly emptied by a dedicated sewage suction truck through the suction port, with the waste transported to a sewage treatment plant for centralized processing. Simultaneously, the freshwater tank is replenished, and biodegradable agents and sanitary consumables (such as toilet paper and hand soap) are replaced. The entire maintenance process can be completed within 30 minutes, ensuring continuous usability of the facility.
