During the transportation phase, the space on both sides can be folded in for easy loading into containers and international transportation. For instance, a 20-foot double-wing expandable container can provide an indoor usable area of approximately 36 square meters when unfolded. There are also folding containers. After folding, they are of standard container size. The sides can be unfolded using hydraulic or mechanical methods, expanding the space by 2 - 3 times with a simple operation process.

• Residential Function: They can be designed according to residential functions, with internal layouts planned as two bedrooms, one living room, one kitchen, and one bathroom to meet people's living needs.
• Commercial Function: They can be designed as storage spaces, offices, street-front shops, and mobile commercial buildings according to customers' actual needs. In the field of cultural tourism and homestays, they can be used as scenic area homestays, camping sites, rural vacation houses, mobile coffee shops, or service stations. In the field of engineering temporary buildings, they can serve as project office buildings, worker dormitories, wild operation camps, and infrastructure temporary buildings. In the field of emergency support, they can be used as disaster relief settlement points.

Convenient Transportation

They are suitable for the transportation needs of export containers for sea shipping. After folding, their dimensions fully comply with the loading specifications of standard shipping containers, eliminating the need for additional custom transportation carriers and significantly saving on land and sea freight costs. For example, for some projects, it is estimated that multiple sets of products can be transported using a small number of shipping containers.

Efficient Installation

The overall structure is stable. All pre-installation processes such as structure, insulation, doors and windows, water and electricity, ceilings, floors, and bathrooms can be completed in the factory. After arriving at the destination, they can be used immediately upon landing. The lifting and unfolding process takes less than 1 hour. No wet operations are required, and they can be folded and transported, supporting repeated turnover use. Moreover, no professional construction team is needed. After being unfolded on-site and connected to water and electricity, they can be put into use immediately.

Environmentally Friendly and Durable

They adopt high-strength light steel frames with anti-corrosion treatment. The hinge and track designs are mature, and after unfolding, they are flat and seamless. They have various properties such as fire prevention, heat insulation, waterproof sealing, wind resistance, earthquake resistance, and anti-corrosion and rust prevention. With proper maintenance, they can be used for 25 years or more. At the same time, they adopt a factory prefabrication and dry construction mode, generating no construction waste, and the materials are recyclable, meeting the requirements of green buildings.
