Shared Car Rental and Mobile Toilet

"Shared Car Rental Mobile Toilet" is not a standardized business concept. There have been cases where shared cars were used as "mobile toilets", but this is a different business type from specialized mobile toilet rental services.

Cases of Shared Cars Being Used as "Mobile Toilets"

Shared cars were once hailed as the first car for young people, but during their operation, there have been extreme cases where they were used as "mobile toilets". Some netizens reported smelling a foul odor after renting a shared car and eventually found human excrement in the trunk. However, this was not the most crucial reason for the decline of shared cars.

Main Reasons for the Decline of Shared Cars

• Characteristics of a Capital-Intensive Industry: Shared car rental is a capital-intensive industry with complex operations and often results in losses. Companies need to invest a large amount of capital in purchasing vehicles and also bear the costs of vehicle maintenance, upkeep, insurance, etc., making their capital chains vulnerable to breakage.
• Challenges in Charging and Parking: New energy vehicles rely on charging stations, but the construction and distribution of charging stations are not perfect, and setting up parking spots is also difficult. This leads to inconvenience in charging and difficulty in parking for users when using shared cars, affecting their user experience and frequency of use.
• User Quality Issues: The varying quality of users leads to high maintenance costs. Some users do not take good care of shared cars when using them, engaging in behaviors such as littering and damaging in-car facilities. There have even been uncivilized phenomena like using the vehicles as "mobile toilets" as mentioned above, increasing the operational costs for companies.

Specialized Mobile Toilet Rental Services

Specialized mobile toilet rental services are another type of business. Some merchants offer rentals of mobile toilets and vacuum toilets, etc. This service starts at 500 yuan and can be applied in scenarios such as outdoors, construction sites, and scenic spots. Unlike shared cars, mobile toilet rental services are specifically designed to meet toilet needs, with professionalism and targeted solutions, able to satisfy people's toilet usage needs in specific scenarios.
