Shaoguan Container House

Admin September 10, 2026

Shaoguan container house installation should follow a sound process covering four core stages—preparation, foundation, assembly, and interior finishing—and can be customized through a professional company.

I. Pre-installation preparation

  • Material inventory and staffing: Count steel, timber, insulation, and other base materials in advance so quantities and specs match the design. Assign trained operators and movers; everyone on the install team should complete skills training and know container-house structure and installation rules.
  • Equipment staging: Based on container size and install height, prepare cranes, carts, and related machinery. Cranes must have enough lifting capacity; carts should suit the site terrain so materials move efficiently.

II. Foundation work and waterproofing

  • Foundation materials: Prefer concrete, asphalt, or other non-soil bases to avoid structural deformation from soil settlement. Fill, excavate, and compact to the architectural design so surface flatness stays within ±5 mm.
  • Waterproof isolation layer: Lay a breathable membrane or waterproof membrane on the foundation surface as an isolation layer to block groundwater vapor from reaching the container bottom and extend service life.

III. Container assembly and safety reinforcement

  • Bottom leveling and connection: Before install, check that each container bottom is level. Join adjacent units with high-strength steel plates so connections are gap-free.
  • Axis alignment and supports: Use a laser measuring instrument to confirm the container core axis matches the architectural drawings, with deviation within ±2 mm. Install supports (e.g., angle steel, beams) to improve stability and prevent lateral shift.
  • Safety facilities: Fit safety braces, nets, and guard panels around the house to stop falling objects; add anti-slip strips and guardrails on stairs and platforms to protect installers.

IV. Interior layout and functions

  • Materials and moisture control: Use moisture-resistant composite flooring; partitions of light-steel studs with gypsum board; thermal-break aluminum doors and windows for better insulation. Spray moisture-resistant coatings on interior walls to cut condensation.
  • Space planning and ventilation: Divide zones by use (e.g., bedrooms, offices) and use movable partitions for flexible layouts. Add roof or wall vents with exhaust fans to keep air circulating.
