Shannan Mobile Toilet Installation
The installation of mobile toilets in Shannan can be carried out according to the following steps:

Comprehensive Pre-installation Inspection
Before officially starting the installation of mobile toilets, a thorough and detailed inspection must be conducted. First, inspect the interior of the sewage pipes to check for any blockages caused by mud, waste paper, or other debris. If there is debris in the sewage pipes, it can seriously affect the normal sewage discharge function of the toilet, potentially leading to issues such as the inability of sewage to drain smoothly, blockages, and unpleasant odors. Secondly, check whether the ground around the toilet installation site is level in all directions (front, back, left, and right). An uneven ground can cause the toilet to wobble or tilt after installation, not only affecting the user experience but also potentially leading to poor sealing and water leakage. Tools such as a spirit level can be used for detection to ensure that the ground level meets the installation requirements.
Determine the Center of the Sewage Pipe
Turn the toilet upside down so that its bottom faces upwards. Accurately determine the center position on the toilet's sewage outlet and mark a cross-center line using a marking tool. This center line is crucial as it serves not only as the reference line for subsequent installation but also ensures the accurate alignment between the toilet's sewage outlet and the sewage pipe. Moreover, the center line should extend to the edges around the bottom of the toilet. This ensures that during the installation process, all parts of the toilet can be installed in the correct positions, avoiding deviations.
Precisely Position the Bottom Feet
Based on the pre-determined installation positions of the bottom foot screws of the toilet, use an impact drill to create installation holes at the corresponding positions on the ground. When drilling, pay attention to the depth and diameter of the holes, which should meet the installation requirements of the expansion screws. After drilling the holes, pre-embed the plastic sleeves of the expansion screws. The plastic sleeves can provide fixation and cushioning, enhancing the connection stability between the expansion screws and the ground while also reducing noise generated by the toilet during use due to vibrations.
Ensure Proper Bottom Sealing
Install a dedicated sealing ring on the toilet's sewage outlet. The dedicated sealing ring has excellent sealing performance and can effectively prevent sewage leakage. If a dedicated sealing ring is not available, a circle of glass glue (putty) or cement mortar can be applied around the sewage pipe. If cement mortar is chosen, note that the ratio of cement to sand should be 1:3. Mix them evenly and apply the mixture around the sewage pipe. Proper bottom sealing can prevent sewage from leaking onto the ground, protecting the surrounding environment, and also preventing the emission of unpleasant odors.
