By achieving coordinated treatment of toilet fecal waste and domestic sewage, the county has effectively reduced environmental pollution and improved resource utilization efficiency. This initiative has not only improved rural environmental hygiene but also provided strong support for sustainable agricultural development.
Establishing a Long-term Maintenance Mechanism: To ensure the sustained effectiveness of rural toilet renovation achievements, Shangnan County has established a regular inspection mechanism for rural water bodies, closely monitoring water quality dynamics and promptly identifying and resolving issues. At the same time, all 46 sewage treatment facilities built in the county have been entrusted to third-party professional operation and maintenance, ensuring the normal operation and efficient treatment of the facilities. In addition, Shangnan County has coordinated central and provincial funds for toilet renovation rewards and subsidies, deepening the achievements of the rural "toilet revolution" and achieving a public satisfaction rate of over 95%, fully reflecting the effectiveness of the policies and public recognition.
