Shangluo Container House
Shangluo container houses are modular buildings transformed from standard containers, featuring mobility, easy installation, and flexibility. They are widely used in temporary or short-term scenarios.

I. Structure and Materials
Shangluo container houses are primarily transformed from standard containers, with frames made of hot-dip galvanized steel (e.g., 2.5-3.0mm thick galvanized profiled steel). Walls and ceilings use sandwich panels (e.g., glass wool panels, rock wool sandwich panels), while the ground floor consists of fireproof boards (e.g., 18mm fireproof boards) with a surface layer of rubber-plastic flooring or non-slip flooring. This structure provides wind resistance, sound insulation, heat insulation, earthquake resistance, and can withstand multiple loading and unloading without damage. For example, some products have a wind resistance rating of up to Level 11 and an earthquake resistance rating of up to Level 8, with a service life exceeding 20 years.
II. Functions and Application Scenarios
- Temporary Residence and Office: Can serve as construction site dormitories, offices, conference rooms, etc., with internal configurations including beds, air conditioners, lighting, and other facilities.
- Special Scenario Requirements: Suitable for emergency housing scenarios such as field exploration, military command centers, and disaster relief mobile command centers.
- Combination Flexibility: Supports single-box use or multi-box combination to form open large spaces, and can even be stacked up to three floors to accommodate different scale requirements.
III. Advantages and Characteristics
- Rapid Deployment: Short installation cycle, with four workers able to complete single-box installation in half a day, without the need for complex foundations.
- Environmental Protection and Recyclability: Materials can be recycled, reducing construction waste and aligning with green building concepts.
- Economy: Lower cost compared to traditional buildings, and mobility reduces repeated construction costs.
IV. Procurement Considerations
- Material and Workmanship: Pay attention to parameters such as steel thickness, sandwich panel bulk density (e.g., 50KG/m³), and fire resistance rating (e.g., oxygen index ≥ 32).
- Manufacturer Qualifications: Choose manufacturers with strong technical capabilities and standardized production to ensure products pass international usage standard tests.
- Service and After-sales: Include full-process services such as transportation, installation, and maintenance, as well as spare parts supply capabilities.
