Shanghai Mobile Toilet Exhibition
The exhibition information about mobile toilets in Shanghai mainly includes the following two types of events:

I. Events Related to the Mobile Toilet Rental Service Project at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai)
From June 26 to July 2, 2024, Shanghai Shenyi Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. was entrusted by the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. to conduct a domestic public tender for the 'Mobile Toilet Rental Service Project at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai)'. The tender scope clearly required service providers to offer the use, maintenance, and waste removal services for mobile toilets at the center's exhibitions and events, along with on-site management by professional personnel. This project reflects the standardized demand for mobile toilet services in large exhibition venues and ensures service quality through public tendering. On July 14, 2026, the winning bid announcement for the project was released, with Shanghai Lehuan Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. winning the bid at an annual base service price of 498,000 yuan per year. The tender also specified temporary rental rates: 868 yuan per group per day for a 7-stall mobile toilet, 130 yuan per group per day for a single mobile toilet, and 680 yuan per group per day for a premium single mobile toilet. This pricing system provides a market-oriented reference standard for subsequent exhibition events and reflects the differentiated pricing strategy for mobile toilet services.
II. Smart Toilet Technology Display at the 2026 Shanghai International Exhibition on Elderly Care, Assistive Devices, and Rehabilitation Medicine (AID)
On the first day of the 2026 exhibition, Yueban, an accessible technology brand under Topband, showcased its smart toilet robot 'Xiaoban' at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. Designed for individuals with disabilities, semi-disabilities, and mobility impairments, the product integrates autonomous movement and automatic cleaning functions. Through a 1:1 home-like experience zone, it replicates the usage scenario from the bedroom to the bathroom, vividly demonstrating the 'toilet actively seeking the user' care model. This innovative technology breaks through the physical space limitations of traditional mobile toilets, combining smart care devices with exhibition scenarios to provide a more humane solution for special populations. Its display format also highlights the platform role of exhibition events in technology promotion, enhancing audience awareness of the product through real-life experiences.
These two types of events showcase Shanghai's practices and innovations in the field of mobile toilets from the perspectives of service procurement and technology display, encompassing both the market-oriented operation of basic services and the scenario-based application of cutting-edge technologies.
