Self-made Mobile Toilet

There are mainly two methods for making a self-made mobile toilet: using a water storage tank and a pallet, and using discarded tiles to create a movable toilet bowl.

Making with a water storage tank and a pallet: First, prepare a pallet and fix universal wheels at its four corners to ensure mobility. Then, place the water storage tank collected from a garbage station on the pallet. Use an angle grinder to cut along the pre-marked lines on the top of the water storage tank to form an open tank. Stack two open-top water storage tanks upside down and securely fasten them with self-tapping screws. Next, cut a rectangular opening on the tank body as a doorway. Drill a hole at an appropriate position on the internal floor, insert an elbow and a water pipe, and seal it properly to prevent water leakage. Install the toilet bowl and secure it, then fix the water pipe and install a faucet. Connect a water pipe to the pipe cap, drill a hole to install a stainless steel basin as a hand-washing basin. Connect the toilet tank and the shower hose, install the toilet seat and the spray-type showerhead. Finally, make a door with wooden boards and hinges and install a door handle. A simple mobile toilet is basically completed.

Making a movable toilet bowl with discarded tiles: First, place the toilet bowl on the tile and draw marking lines. Use an angle grinder to cut out a rectangular tile piece slightly larger than the bottom of the toilet bowl. Flip the cut tile piece over, place universal wheels at its four corners, mark the points, drill holes, insert screws, and tighten them with nuts, then cut off the protruding screws on the back. Put the toilet bowl back on the tile, draw marking lines again, and insert a hose from the bottom of the tile and secure it. Spread cement on the tile to firmly attach the toilet bowl, install the water tank and the toilet lid. Put the sewage hose into the drain pipe and connect the water inlet pipe to ensure normal sewage discharge and water inlet. Thus, a movable toilet bowl made from discarded tiles is completed.
