Container houses come in a variety of sizes, with common standard sizes including 20-foot, 40-foot, and 40-foot high-cube containers, in addition to a range of non-standard custom sizes.
I. Standard Container House Sizes
20-foot Standard Container (20GP): The external dimensions are approximately 6058mm in length, 2438mm in width, and 2591mm in height, with internal dimensions of approximately 5867mm in length, 2330mm in width, and 2350mm in height. This size of container house is suitable for use as a single-person office, dormitory, or shop, with a compact layout and comprehensive functionality.
40-foot Standard Container (40GP): The external dimensions are approximately 12192mm in length, 2438mm in width, and 2591mm in height, with internal dimensions of approximately 11998mm in length, 2330mm in width, and 2350mm in height. This size of container house offers more space and can be divided into multi-functional areas, making it suitable for use as a multi-person dormitory or office area.
40-foot High-Cube Container (40HQ): The external dimensions are approximately 12192mm in length, 2438mm in width, and 2896mm in height, with internal dimensions of approximately 11998mm in length, 2330mm in width, and 2655mm in height. This size of container house has a higher ceiling height, making it suitable for exhibition halls or housing that require a higher ceiling.
II. Non-Standard Custom Container House Sizes
In addition to standard sizes, container houses can also be customized according to customer needs. Common non-standard custom sizes include small container houses measuring 3m in length, 3m in width, and 2.8m in height, as well as medium-sized container houses measuring 6m in length, 3m in width, and 2.8m in height. Furthermore, there are container houses measuring 7m in length, 3m in width, and 2.8m in height, which are typically used for two-story container mobile homes with corridors and balconies. The length, width, and height of custom sizes can be flexibly adjusted, with width options including 2.5m, 2.55m, 3m, 4m, etc., and height options including 2.6m, 2.7m, 2.8m, 2.9m, etc., to meet the usage needs of different scenarios.
