Scenic Area Mobile Environmental Toilet Design

Admin October 16, 2026

The design of mobile environmental toilets in scenic areas requires comprehensive consideration of multiple factors, including structural materials, functional configurations, sewage treatment, design principles, and aesthetic styles.

Structure and Materials: The frame is welded using national standard steel to meet the requirements for overall lifting. For exterior wall materials, options include color-coated steel plates, metal carved panels, and anti-corrosion wood, all of which must possess anti-corrosion and fire-resistant properties, with a service life exceeding 20 years. The main structure should be lightweight and durable, with controlled height and width to accommodate transportation and installation needs. For example, toilets with a pastoral style feature a thatched roof with a ridge and uniformly colored exterior walls, while warm-toned Apple Pod-style toilets adopt a two-tone design that balances aesthetics and practicality.

Functional Zoning and Facility Configuration: Standard configurations include essential facilities such as toilet bowls, lighting fixtures, and exhaust fans. Some designs, like those with a pastoral style, incorporate additional features such as rain-proof areas and communal handwashing basins, while warm-toned Apple Pod-style toilets use double doors for insulation. Optional configurations include air conditioners (both heating and cooling), air purifiers, water-saving faucets, etc., which should be selected flexibly based on the actual needs and budget of the scenic area.

Sewage Treatment Methods: The choice of technology depends on water supply conditions and environmental requirements. Water-flush and waterless suction-type toilets are suitable for different scenarios. The circulating water-flush type decomposes feces through biofilm technology to achieve water recycling. The dry-packing type uses biodegradable plastic bags to collect waste for centralized treatment. Additionally, technologies such as foam sealing and microbial treatment further diversify the options. Smart water-saving toilets can achieve a flushing effect with only 0.46 liters of water per use.

Design Principles: Emphasis is placed on mobility to ensure that toilets can be reused and rapidly deployed. Economic durability requires the use of low-cost, long-life materials. Environmental and ecological considerations necessitate the implementation of pollutant self-purification and resource recycling technologies. At the same time, the internal space should be reasonably laid out, and barrier-free facilities should be provided to accommodate both usage efficiency and the needs of special populations.

Aesthetic Style: The design should harmonize with the scenic environment, such as through pastoral styles or warm-toned Apple Pod shapes, enhancing visual coordination through color and shape design.
