Sales Contract for Single Mobile Toilet
The sales contract for a single mobile toilet should include the following key elements to ensure the rights and interests of both parties and standardize the transaction process:

1. Contract Parties Clearly state the full names, legal representatives, registered addresses, and contact information of both the buyer and the seller. For example, Party A (the seller) needs to provide its business license number, while Party B (the buyer) needs to specify the intended use scenario (such as a scenic spot or construction site). Both parties' information should be consistent with their registered documents to avoid disputes arising from ambiguous identities.
2. Product Details
- Model and Specifications: Specify the exact model (e.g., "MT-2023 Single Mobile Toilet"), dimensions (length × width × height), materials (e.g., "the walls are made of fiberglass, and the frame is made of galvanized steel pipes"), and performance indicators (e.g., "waterproof rating IPX4, fireproof rating B1, ventilation volume ≥ 50m³/h").
- Quantity and Price: Agree on the number of units to be purchased, the unit price, and the total price, and clarify the cost components (e.g., "the total price includes equipment costs, transportation costs, and installation and commissioning costs, excluding taxes"). For example: "Each unit costs RMB 28,000, with a total price in words: Two Hundred and Eighty Thousand Yuan Only."
3. Quality Standards and Warranty
- Standard Basis: The product must comply with the national "Technical Requirements for Mobile Toilets" (GB/T 38837-2020) and industry standards, and a certificate of conformity and test report should be provided.
- Warranty Terms: The warranty period is usually 12 months after acceptance. During this period, free repairs or replacements of faulty parts are provided; after the warranty period, lifelong paid services are offered (e.g., only material costs are charged). Example of key terms: "For faults caused by quality issues, Party A must respond within 48 hours, or within 72 hours for remote areas."
4. Delivery and Installation
- Delivery Time: The goods should be delivered to the location specified by Party B within 15 working days after the contract is signed (e.g., "the entrance of XX Scenic Spot, XX City, XX Province").
- Transportation Risks: Any damage or loss during transportation shall be borne by Party A. Party B needs to verify the quantity upon receipt and sign the "Goods Handover Certificate."
- Installation and Commissioning: Party A must complete the installation within 5 working days after delivery. Both parties shall jointly conduct acceptance according to the contract standards and sign the "Acceptance Report" upon successful acceptance.
5. Payment Terms
- Advance Payment: 30% of the total contract price shall be paid within 3 working days after the contract is signed.
- Acceptance Payment: 65% shall be paid after installation and commissioning are qualified.
- Warranty Deposit: The remaining 5% shall be paid interest-free within 30 days after the warranty period expires.
- Invoice Requirements: Party A must provide an equal amount of legal value-added tax invoices before each payment. Otherwise, Party B has the right to refuse payment.
6. Acceptance Standards Acceptance shall be carried out based on the quality, specifications, and performance indicators agreed upon in the contract, including appearance integrity, normal functionality (such as flushing, ventilation, and lighting), and environmental requirements (such as compliant sewage discharge). If acceptance fails, Party A must complete rectification within 10 days; otherwise, Party B has the right to deduct penalties or terminate the contract.
Precautions:
- The contract should clearly specify liability for breach of contract (e.g., a daily penalty of 0.5% for delayed delivery, unconditional return or replacement for non-compliant quality) and dispute resolution methods (prioritize negotiation; if negotiation fails, submit to the court in Party A's location).
- It is recommended to have the contract terms reviewed by a legal advisor before signing to ensure compliance with the "Civil Code" and industry regulations.
