Rural Prefabricated House Model
The rural prefabricated house model mainly includes three types: Henan rural prefabricated houses, Qianshanhong Town assembled rural houses in the Datong Lake area of northern Hunan, and Hebei rural assembled houses.

Henan rural prefabricated houses: They adopt an industrial production model, where components are prefabricated in factories and then transported to the site for assembly. Their structure is made entirely of reinforced concrete, making them sturdy and durable with a warranty period of up to 70 years. The construction speed is extremely fast; a 200-square-meter house only costs around 70,000 to 80,000 yuan, and it can be completed in about 4 hours of hoisting, with the fastest construction time being 2 hours. The cost is low, with only over 300 yuan per square meter, and new environmentally friendly materials are used that can be recycled and reused. The design is flexible, allowing for adjustments to room sizes and structures according to needs, while also reducing construction costs and improving construction efficiency.
Qianshanhong Town assembled rural houses in the Datong Lake area of northern Hunan: Designed specifically for the environmental characteristics of the lake area, construction started in October 2025 and was completed in March 2026. They adopt a two-story new Chinese style with a total building area of 175 square meters. The floor height improves the cramped space issue of traditional rural houses, and the second floor is equipped with a spacious observation deck. Through the use of 'steel-concrete frame + modular' technology, chronic problems such as moisture resistance and water leakage are systematically solved, and the overall energy consumption of the house is 40% lower than that of traditional rural houses. The appearance takes into account both weather resistance and aesthetics, with material selection based on the needs of the lake area, ensuring solid and durable quality.
Hebei rural assembled houses: They do not require bricklaying or plastering. Large components such as columns, beams, and wall panels are manufactured on factory assembly lines and then transported to the homestead for assembly. Construction is time-saving and labor-saving, and the houses are warm in winter and cool in summer, providing a high level of comfort. There is strong policy support, with the provincial level uniformly implementing a housing subsidy of 10,000 yuan per household, launching the 'Yunongtong' APP online application system, and some cities also introducing supporting incentive measures. The market promotion has achieved remarkable results. By the end of 2025, a cumulative total of 20,000 rural households in the province had voluntarily chosen to build assembled rural houses, and 45 counties (cities, districts) had achieved full coverage in towns and townships.
