Rural Prefabricated House Construction Plan
The construction of rural prefabricated houses requires comprehensive planning from aspects such as construction deployment, preparation, process, and advantages. The specific plan is as follows:

I. Overall Construction Deployment
Four core objectives need to be clarified:
- Quality Objectives: The strength of the foundation concrete should reach above C30. The verticality deviation of prefabricated component installation should be ≤3mm/m, and the surface flatness should be ≤5mm/2m. The excellent rate of key processes should be ≥95%, in line with the requirements of the 'Technical Specification for Assembled Concrete Structures'.
- Safety Objectives: Achieve 'zero deaths and zero serious injuries', with the minor injury frequency controlled within 3‰. The certificate-holding rate of special operation personnel should be 100%, and the compliance rate of temporary electricity use should be 100%.
- Progress Objectives: The total construction period is 120 days, including 45 days for prefabricated component production, 50 days for on-site installation, and 25 days for decoration. The critical path is foundation construction → main structure installation → roofing works → completion acceptance.
- Cost Objectives: The unit construction cost should be controlled within 1800 yuan/㎡. Through factory production, the material loss rate should be reduced to below 3%, and the mechanical utilization rate should be increased to above 85%.
In terms of organizational structure, a project management department should be established, with five professional teams under it: technology, production, quality and safety, materials, and logistics. A daily briefing meeting system should also be established.
II. Construction Preparation Stage
- Drawing Review: Focus on reviewing the split dimensions of prefabricated components (wall panels ≤3.5m×6m, weight ≤8t), joint connection details (such as sleeve grouting and grout-anchored lap joint details), and the positions of reserved holes (coordinate deviation of pre-embedded water and electricity pipelines ≤5mm). Use BIM technology to complete clash detection, lifting path planning, and progress simulation.
- Site Preparation: After site leveling, the foundation bearing capacity should be ≥150kPa, and the drainage slope should be ≥2%. The width of temporary roads should be ≥4m (hardened with C20 concrete, thickness 150mm). Set up 1.2m-high strip foundations in the component stacking area, with wooden square pads arranged at 2m intervals. Build a 30㎡ rain-proof shed for the material warehouse and equip it with 4 sets of fire extinguishers. Set up 1.8m-high hard barriers in the lifting operation area and hang warning signs.
- Production Control: Use CNC stirrup benders for steel bar processing, with a dimensional deviation of ≤±5mm. For mold acceptance, the joint gap of steel molds should be ≤0.5mm, and the flatness should be ≤2mm/m. Use pump delivery for concrete pouring, with a vibration time of 30-45s per point. During factory inspection, ensure that the honeycomb area is ≤0.02% of the component surface area, there are no through cracks, and the dimensional deviations (length/width ±5mm, thickness ±3mm, diagonal difference ≤10mm). The compressive strength of test blocks cured under the same conditions should be ≥100% of the design value. Use special vehicles for transportation and set up fixing measures.
III. Main Construction Process (Taking a panel house as an example)
- Erecting the Steel Frame: Use steel structures to build a framed structure with a roof, taking 2-3 days.
- Building the Walls: Use 'Oriented Strand Board' (OSB) for the inner layer (to prevent deformation) and cover the outer layer with cement boards.
- Waterproofing Treatment: Apply waterproof coatings. It is recommended to apply multiple layers to ensure effectiveness.
- Exterior Wall Decoration: Install replaceable exterior wall decorative panels (such as white panels).
- Interior Decoration: Fill with thermal insulation cotton, use gypsum boards for the interior walls, and complete the construction of the basic panel house.
IV. Core Advantages of Prefabricated Houses
Taking a rural case in Henan as an example, the cost of a prefabricated house is only over 300 yuan per square meter, with a 70-year quality guarantee. Factory-standardized production of components is adopted, allowing for rapid on-site assembly, similar to a 'building block' model. The structure is made of reinforced concrete, providing high strength and stability, and can withstand external impacts and the test of the natural environment.
