Installation Steps for Rural Mobile Toilets

Admin October 08, 2026

The installation steps for rural mobile toilets vary depending on the type, mainly divided into two scenarios: the installation of finished mobile restrooms and the installation that requires self-assembly.

Installation of Finished Mobile Restrooms

If you purchase a finished mobile restroom made in the factory, its internal water supply and drainage systems have already been pre-installed, and external interfaces are reserved. In this case, the installation process is relatively simple. After the product is delivered to your home, you only need to connect the reserved external interfaces to the external water source and drainage systems. For example, connect the water inlet pipe to the household water supply pipeline to ensure normal water supply; connect the drainage pipe to an appropriate drainage channel or septic tank to ensure smooth sewage discharge. After the connection is completed, check whether each interface is well-sealed and free of water leakage. Once confirmed to be correct, it can be put into use. The advantage of this installation method is its convenience and speed, without the need for complex operations and tools, making it suitable for users with high requirements for installation convenience.

Self-assembly Installation

For mobile toilets that require self-assembly upon receipt, you need to prepare tools such as an electric drill, a 4.2-millimeter drill bit, and a rivet gun before installation. The specific installation steps are as follows:

  • Install Inner Corners: First, install the inner corners one by one at the corresponding positions. Inner corners are an important part of the mobile toilet frame, serving to support and fix it. Ensure accurate installation positions to lay a foundation for subsequent assembly work.
  • Assemble Panels: Insert the panels into the pre-designed slots. During the assembly process, pay attention to alignment to ensure tight and flat connections between the panels. After the top and the panels are aligned, use the prepared 4.2-millimeter drill bit to drill holes at appropriate positions. The drilling positions should be accurate to ensure that the rivets can firmly fix the panels.
  • Secure Panels: Insert the rivets into the drilled holes and then use the rivet gun to firmly fix the rivets. Through the fixation of rivets, the various panels are tightly connected to form a stable structure. During the fixation process, ensure that each rivet is installed in place to avoid looseness, which could affect the overall stability and use safety of the mobile toilet.
