Prefabricated Connection for Rural House Foundations
For the prefabricated connection of rural house foundations, it is essential to focus on aspects such as connection stability, foundation trench cleaning, addressing temperature changes, handling construction cracks, and following standardized construction procedures. Details are as follows:

Unstable Connections Require Complete Rework
If the foundation and prefabricated cement house are not stably connected, it is usually caused by poor concrete stability or improper cement mixing ratios. In this case, the damaged concrete must be completely removed, and construction must be redone according to standards to ensure that the connection strength between the foundation and the prefabricated structure meets design requirements, avoiding overall structural safety hazards due to local instability.
Foundation Trench Cleaning Requires Reinforcement
If debris or loose soil remains in the foundation trench, it will reduce the load-bearing capacity of the connection area. First, fill the gaps with epoxy resin adhesive, then reinforce by wrapping with carbon fiber cloth. The high tensile strength of carbon fiber cloth can effectively disperse stress, while epoxy resin adhesive enhances adhesion, significantly improving the durability of the connection.
Temperature Cracks Require Sealing Treatment
Prefabricated cement floor slabs are prone to cracking due to temperature shrinkage. First, thoroughly clean dust and debris from the cracks, then inject epoxy resin adhesive in a dry environment. After filling the cracks with the adhesive, seal the surface to form a waterproof barrier, preventing rainwater or corrosive substances from seeping in and causing steel reinforcement corrosion, which would affect the structural lifespan.
Construction Cracks Require Immediate Repair
If cracking occurs during pouring, immediately use a trowel to compact and eliminate surface micro-cracks. If the cracks have extended to deeper layers, use pressure grouting technology to inject high-strength repair materials, preventing further crack development that could threaten structural safety.
Standardized Construction Procedures Ensure Quality
The construction of prefabricated house foundations must strictly follow procedures:
- Foundation Preparation: After leveling the site, pour a concrete垫层 (sub-base). When excavating the foundation pit, control the depth error within ±5cm and lay white plastic sheeting at the bottom for moisture protection.
- Component Installation: After the concrete has initially set, install the foundation plates, drill holes with a drill, and secure them with expansion screws. Use a crane to lift the prefabricated foundation piles (each weighing about 5 tons), with lifting holes reserved at the corners for easy operation.
- Connection Reinforcement: After installing the beams, perform horizontal alignment, secure them with nuts, inject foam adhesive to fill gaps, and finally apply cement at the nuts for sealing and rust prevention.
- Backfilling Operations: After the frame structure passes inspection, backfill soil in layers, with each layer not exceeding 30cm in thickness and compacted to ensure overall foundation stability.
