Rural Grassland Mobile Toilet Renovation
The renovation of mobile toilets in rural grasslands can adopt modular and movable solutions, incorporating moisture-proof, ventilation, sewage disposal, and customized designs to meet the needs of different scenarios.

1. Structural Design and Stability
The main body of the mobile toilet adopts a modular frame, commonly made of square tubes or channel steel welded together to ensure overall structural stability. A moisture-proof base is installed at the bottom, and by adjusting the height or adding support structures, it can adapt to slightly sloped terrains such as grasslands, preventing tilting or settlement caused by uneven ground. Some models use galvanized steel plate frames with surfaces treated by electrostatic spraying, forming a corrosion-resistant, rain-proof, and moisture-proof protective layer to extend service life. The internal volume is usually 2.783 cubic meters, and the weight is controlled within 80kg, facilitating manual handling or mechanical lifting.
2. Ventilation and Odor Control
The design of the ventilation system is crucial. Natural ventilation openings or small exhaust fans can be installed on the top, working in conjunction with louvered windows on the walls to create air convection, effectively reducing odor retention. Some models use burner-assisted ventilation with a fuel consumption of about 50kg/h, heating the air to accelerate its flow and further reduce odor concentration. The chimney height (e.g., 3050cm) can be adjusted according to actual needs to optimize smoke exhaust effects. In cold northern regions, a customized insulation layer up to 10cm thick can be added to prevent pipe freezing and maintain internal temperature.
3. Sewage Disposal and Water-Saving Technology
To address the issue of water scarcity in rural areas, some mobile toilets adopt micro-flush technology, using less than 1 liter of water per flush, significantly reducing water consumption. The direct-discharge design uses gravity to discharge waste into a septic tank, which only requires periodic cleaning, making operation simple. The sewage disposal system needs to be planned in conjunction with the septic tank capacity and cleaning cycle to avoid environmental pollution.
4. Energy and Lighting Configuration
Built-in LED lights and sockets meet nighttime usage needs, with power sources that can be connected to solar panels or the mains. The solar power supply solution is suitable for areas with sufficient sunlight, reducing operating costs; mains connection ensures stability and is suitable for densely populated areas. The motor power is usually 580W, driving basic functions while balancing energy consumption.
5. Customization and Adaptability
Mobile toilets support multi-dimensional customization: materials can be selected from color-coated steel plates or stainless steel, and parameters such as inlet size and chimney height can be adjusted according to actual needs; the noise reduction system can be optimized according to environmental requirements to reduce operational noise; insulation layers can be added in northern regions, and fuel consumption of burners can be adjusted in densely populated areas to balance energy consumption and deodorization effects. Additionally, custom designs based on provided drawings are supported to meet personalized appearance needs and enhance harmony with the surrounding environment.
