Ruili Mobile Toilet Installation

Admin September 21, 2026

The installation process of mobile toilets in Ruili is typically designed to be simple and quick, with the following specific steps:

1. Positioning and Foundation Preparation
Determine the installation location based on site planning and ground flatness, ensuring a solid ground and smooth drainage. If the foundation is soft soil or uneven, hardening treatment (such as pouring a concrete foundation) should be carried out in advance to prevent structural deformation due to settlement after installation. Drainage design should be combined with the type of toilet. Ordinary mobile toilets require reserved sewage pipe interfaces, while integrated box-type toilets need to ensure that the sewage pipes are connected to the municipal sewer network or septic tank.

2. Chassis and Frame Installation
Use a forklift or manual labor to place the prefabricated steel structure chassis steadily at the predetermined location and adjust it to a level state using a level gauge. As the basic supporting structure of the mobile toilet, the stability of the chassis directly affects overall safety. It is essential to check whether the connecting bolts are tightened to avoid shaking during subsequent use.

3. Wall and Roof Panel Assembly
Insert the sandwich panel wallboards into the chassis slots one by one and fix them with bolts or buckles to ensure the verticality of the walls. Then install the roof panels, focusing on sealing treatment: apply waterproof glue or lay waterproof membranes at the joints to prevent rainwater leakage. The installation of walls for ordinary mobile toilets usually takes 1-2 hours, while integrated box-type toilets, which have pre-installed walls in the factory, only require hoisting and docking on-site, taking less time.

4. Internal Facility Connection
Install partitions, toilets, flushing systems, handwashing basins (optional), lighting, and ventilation equipment. The connection of water and electricity pipelines is a crucial step:

  • Water and electricity interfaces: Adopt a modular quick-connector design, which can significantly shorten the connection time but should be operated by professionals to ensure safety;
  • Sewage pipes: Ordinary toilets need to be connected to a septic tank or municipal sewer network, while integrated toilets need to confirm the slope of the sewage pipes (usually ≥2%) to avoid blockage;
  • Ventilation system: Forced exhaust equipment should ensure that the exhaust outlet is far from personnel activity areas to avoid odor diffusion.

5. Functional Inspection and Debugging
After installation, a comprehensive test is required:

  • Flushing system: Check the water pressure and drainage speed to ensure no blockage;
  • Electrical system: Test whether the lighting, sockets, and ventilation equipment are powered on normally;
  • Sealing performance: Conduct a water spray test on the wall joints, doors and windows, and sewage pipes to confirm no leakage.

Installation Time and Influencing Factors
The installation of ordinary mobile toilets takes 4-6 hours, while integrated box-type toilets only take 2-4 hours. The actual time consumed is affected by the type of toilet, the quality of foundation treatment, the complexity of supporting facilities, and the experience of the construction team. For example, if the foundation is not hardened in advance or there is a deviation in the location of water and electricity interfaces, the installation cycle may be extended.
