Ruian Mobile Toilet Inspection
Ruian mobile toilet inspection should cover aspects such as structural safety, internal equipment, water supply and drainage systems, electrical systems, environmental protection systems, and sanitary conditions. The specific inspection contents are as follows:

Structural Safety Inspection: First, conduct architectural and structural verification. Use handheld laser distance meters and steel tapes to sample and verify the building layout, including the distribution of toilet walls, the positions and dimensions of doors and windows, as well as the axis dimensions and heights of structures. Next, inspect the structural damage condition. Check whether the main load-bearing components are aged or deformed, whether the node connections of load-bearing steel components are abnormal, whether the connections between steel beams and steel columns are reliable, and whether the welds are intact without cracks. Then, perform structural safety calculations and analyses. Based on the 'Building Structural Load Code' and on-site investigations, consider various loads and material parameters. Combine on-site inspection data, original design and construction documents, and use PKPM software to calculate and analyze the structural load-bearing capacity. Additionally, steel material performance tests can be conducted according to the owner's requirements, including non-destructive testing of welds in steel structures and testing of the mechanical properties of steel materials. Furthermore, the overall structure should be stable, with anti-overturning performance. The overall wind resistance should be no less than Level 10, the seismic resistance should be no less than Level 8, and the service life should be no less than 10 years. Conduct thrust tests according to the experimental conditions and methods specified in GB/T50212. Use a water jet gun, adjust the nozzle pressure to 0.1 MPa, maintain a spraying distance of 500 mm, and continuously spray water along the exterior walls, corners, and roof connections of the mobile toilet for 15 minutes. After stopping for 1 hour, check for any leakage to inspect the sealing and waterproofing.
Internal Equipment Inspection: Inspect the integrity and working condition of equipment such as toilets, urinals, and sinks. Visually check the appearance of the equipment for damage or cracks, and operationally check whether the drainage functions of each piece of equipment are unobstructed.
Water Supply and Drainage System Inspection: Inspect the water supply pressure of the water supply system and the drainage capacity of the drainage system to ensure there are no leaks or blockages. Use a water pressure gauge to test whether the pressure in the water supply pipes is within the normal range, and conduct actual water discharge tests to check the smoothness of the drainage pipes.
Electrical System Inspection: Inspect the safety and functionality of the electrical system, including lighting, ventilation, and heating devices. Use a voltmeter and ammeter to test the working voltage and current of electrical equipment to ensure they are within safe ranges, and operationally check the working condition of each piece of electrical equipment.
Environmental Protection System Inspection: Inspect the working condition of water-saving devices and deodorization devices to ensure environmental protection effects. Test the water-saving effect of water-saving devices through actual water consumption, and test the working effect of deodorization devices using an odor detector to check for any odors.
Sanitary Condition Inspection: Inspect the overall sanitary condition of the mobile public toilet, including whether the floors, walls, and equipment surfaces are clean. Visually check whether there are obvious stains or garbage inside the public toilet, and use bacterial culture dishes for sampling, bacterial culture, and analysis to inspect the sanitary condition. The inspection work can be carried out by professional technicians.
