Rongxian Container Mobile House

Admin September 15, 2026

The Rongxian container mobile house is mainly used in the Rongzhou Ancient City Wharf Chaoji Block project, serving as a fixed container in the open container characteristic block. Here are the details:

I. Project Background and Planning
The Rongzhou Ancient City Wharf Chaoji Block was initiated as the "Rongzhou Ancient City Commercial Street (Phase II) Project" and was approved for upgrading by the Rongxian People's Government. The block is located along the Xiujiang River near the square of the Rongzhou Ancient City scenic area in Rongxian. It plans to have 15 fixed containers and about 30 characteristic stalls, centered around the concept of "city + waterfront + block". Its goal is to create a trendy tourist attraction that integrates urban landscapes, cultural tourism, and commercial blocks, promoting the upgrading of nighttime consumption in Rongzhou Ancient City.

II. Design Features of Container Houses

  1. Modularity and Flexibility
Container houses adopt standardized designs, supporting rapid hoisting and modular combinations. For example, a single container can be used independently or adapted to different site requirements through horizontal or vertical stacking, meeting the diverse functional layouts of the block, such as trendy interactions and music leisure.

  2. Structural Stability and Safety
The main frame is made of high-strength cold-rolled steel plates or galvanized steel beams and columns, with nodes connected by bolts to form a triangular force system, ensuring overall rigidity and wind and earthquake resistance. For example, some products have a wind resistance rating of over 12, meeting engineering safety standards.

  3. Environmental Protection and Recycling
Container houses support non-destructive disassembly, with a material recovery rate exceeding 85%, demonstrating significant low-carbon recycling characteristics throughout their lifecycle. Compared to traditional fixed temporary buildings, they reduce construction waste emissions by about 90%, aligning with green construction policy guidelines.

III. Application Scenarios and Functional Expansion

  1. Commercial Support
Container houses are used as trendy shops and网红餐车 (internet-famous food trucks) in the block, with personalized interior decorations for functional zoning and enhanced visual appeal through exterior decorations.

  2. Cultural and Tourism Integration
Some containers are transformed into scenic guesthouses or tourist service centers, incorporating local cultural elements through customized facades and optimized interior functions, creating unique tourism accommodation experiences.

  3. Combination of Temporary and Long-term Use
Container houses can meet the rapid deployment needs of short-term activities in the block and can also be reused for the long term through regular maintenance, reducing long-term operating costs.
