Rongan Mobile Toilet Installation

Admin September 23, 2026

The installation of mobile toilets in Rongan mainly involves steps such as pre-installation preparation, positioning and securing of the main toilet body, and connection of the piping system. Details are as follows:

Pre-installation Preparation:
First, conduct a site survey and confirmation. Visit the intended installation location in person to assess the flatness and firmness of the ground, ensuring there are no underground pipelines, cables, or other obstacles beneath or around the installation point. Also, ensure that there is sufficient access and operating space for transport vehicles and lifting equipment. Next, perform foundation treatment. Based on the dimensions and weight specifications of the mobile toilet, prepare a concrete foundation, asphalt or hardened flat ground, matching piers, etc., and verify the levelness to ensure the foundation meets installation requirements. Finally, prepare installation tools and equipment, such as cranes, forklifts, spirit levels, wrenches, electrical tools, etc., and ensure that installation personnel are familiar with the structure and installation process of the mobile toilet to provide a guarantee for subsequent installation work.

Positioning and Securing of the Main Toilet Body:
Use a crane or forklift to lift the mobile toilet body steadily and slowly move it to directly above the prepared foundation. Then, gradually lower it so that the fixing holes at the bottom of the body align with the pre-embedded bolts or structures in the foundation, and gently lower it into place. After positioning, use a spirit level to measure multiple points on the bottom frame of the body to check for levelness. If not level, use thin steel plates or other shims to make fine adjustments between the body and the foundation until levelness is achieved in all directions. Finally, use nuts to tightly connect the fixing components at the bottom of the body with the pre-embedded bolts in the foundation to ensure the body is securely fixed.

Connection of the Piping System:
Locate the reserved water supply connection on the body and use compliant potable-water-grade piping materials to connect the external water supply network to the toilet's water inlet, ensuring a good seal at the connection to prevent leaks. Additionally, connect the drainage pipe to link the toilet's sewage outlet to the external drainage system, ensuring smooth sewage discharge. After connection, conduct a water flow test to check if the piping system is unobstructed and free of leaks.
