Rental Mobile Toilet Contract

Admin September 24, 2026

A rental mobile toilet contract typically includes the following key elements:

I. Contract Party Information
The contract must clearly specify the names, addresses, and contact details of Party A (the demander) and Party B (the supplier) to ensure both parties' identities are traceable.

II. Rental Product Information
The brand, model, specifications (such as single or multiple toilet stalls), quantity, and rental period of the mobile toilets must be detailed. The rental duration can be calculated by days, months, or specific event cycles. For example, some contracts specify a rental period of 21 days or use tiered pricing based on “less than 15 days/15 days or more.”

III. Quality Requirements and Standards
The product quality must meet design requirements, industry standards, and national standards, including material durability and hygiene standards. The acceptance criteria should be clear, such as requiring both parties to conduct on-site inspections after installation to confirm no damage or functional defects.

IV. Delivery and Removal Time
Party B must complete transportation, installation, and commissioning within the agreed timeframe. For example, the contract may require “arrival at the site by 1:00 PM on the specified day and installation completed by 5:00 PM,” and specify the removal time and Party B's responsibility for site cleanup.

V. Service Content
This includes cleaning frequency (e.g., twice a week), professional environmental deodorization treatment, and fecal removal cycles. Some contracts also require Party B to provide on-site cleaning staff to ensure hygiene maintenance during use.

VI. Rental Fee and Payment Method
The rental amount, pricing method (e.g., per stall/day or tiered discounts), and payment milestones must be specified. For example, 50% of the rental fee may be paid within 2 working days after contract signing, with the balance paid after the event ends; or tiered pricing based on rental days (e.g., 620 yuan/stall/day for less than 15 days, 580 yuan/stall/day for 16 days or more).

VII. Responsibilities of Both Parties

  • Party B's Responsibilities: Responsible for transportation, installation, commissioning, regular maintenance, and fault repairs to ensure normal toilet use.
  • Party A's Responsibilities: Provide the installation site and clear obstacles, pay the rental fee as agreed, notify Party B in advance of termination, refrain from subletting or relocating the toilets without permission (adjustments within the same site must be notified to Party B), and assume custody responsibilities.

VIII. Handling of Rental Accidents
If toilet malfunctions are caused by Party A's human damage or improper use, compensation shall be negotiated based on the extent of damage; natural damage shall be repaired by Party B.

IX. Dispute Resolution Method
In case of disputes during contract performance, both parties may resolve them through negotiation, submit them to an arbitration institution for arbitration, or file a lawsuit with the court according to law.

X. Contract Effectiveness and Copies
The contract takes effect after being stamped by both parties and is typically made in duplicate, with each party holding one copy.

XI. Other Clauses
This may include rental settlement rules (e.g., calculating as half a month for less than 15 days), Party A's authority to adjust toilet locations (subject to notification to Party B), and other supplementary agreements.
