Rental Contract for Mobile Toilets
The rental contract for mobile toilets typically includes provisions on the leased items and their uses, rental period, rent and payment methods, service content, responsibilities of both parties, liability for breach of contract, dispute resolution, and other matters.

Leased Items and Uses: The contract must specify the specifications, model, and quantity of the mobile toilets to be rented, as well as their intended use, such as addressing the temporary restroom needs of employees and customers.
Rental Period: There are two types of rental periods: short-term and long-term. For short-term rentals, such as one day, the rental period starts from the date of delivery and ends upon retrieval of the goods. Less than one day is counted as one day, and any period exceeding the rental period is calculated based on the actual number of days used. For long-term rentals, the period starts from the date of contract signing and ends on the termination date agreed upon by both parties.
Rent and Payment Methods: For short-term rentals, the rent is calculated on a daily basis. For example, the price is 620.00 yuan per unit per day for rentals of 15 days or less, and 580.00 yuan per unit per day for rentals of 16 days or more. For long-term rentals, the rent is determined through negotiation based on the specifications, model, quantity, and service life of the mobile toilets, and payment is usually made via bank transfer.
Service Content: This includes cleaning services, such as cleaning twice a week; environmental deodorization treatment using professional environmental deodorants; and maintenance and repairs, with Party A responsible for the maintenance and repair of the mobile toilets to ensure their normal operation.
Responsibilities of Both Parties: Party A is responsible for transporting, installing, and commissioning the mobile toilets, ensuring that their safety performance meets national standards, providing safety warning signs, and regularly pumping and deodorizing them. Party B needs to clear obstacles around the site where the toilets are placed, pay the rent as agreed, notify in advance and pay off the rent when returning the toilets, refrain from subletting or using them in a different location, take responsibility for the safekeeping of the toilets, and comply with safety usage regulations.
Liability for Breach of Contract: If Party A fails to provide qualified mobile toilets as agreed in the contract or fails to carry out maintenance and repairs on time, it shall bear corresponding liability for breach of contract. If Party B fails to pay the rent as agreed in the contract or擅自改动 (unlawfully modifies) or damages the equipment of the mobile toilets, it shall also bear corresponding liability for breach of contract.
Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between the two parties during the performance of the contract, they shall first resolve it through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent people's court.
Other Matters: Any matters not covered in the contract may be supplemented through separate agreements negotiated by both parties, and such supplementary agreements shall have the same legal effect as this contract. The contract is made in duplicate, with each party holding one copy, and shall come into effect upon the signatures and seals of both parties.
