Rental Agreement for Mobile Toilets

Admin September 26, 2026

The rental agreement for mobile toilets typically includes the following key elements, which should be clearly agreed upon according to actual needs and reviewed by a legal advisor before signing:

I. Contract Parties The names, addresses, contact information, and legal representatives (if any) of both parties, Party A (the lessor) and Party B (the lessee), must be clearly specified. Both parties' information should be accurate and valid to ensure effective communication and accountability during contract performance.

II. Description of Rented Items

  1. Specifications and Models: The specific model and configuration of the mobile toilets should be noted, including whether they include sinks, flushing systems, deodorization systems, etc. For example, models provided by Hainan Huanxu Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. may incorporate specific environmental protection technologies.
  2. Quantity and Usage Location: The rental quantity (e.g., “X units” or “see attachment for details”) should be specified, and Party B should agree to provide installation conditions such as a flat surface and sufficient space. If the usage location changes, Party B must notify Party A in advance and bear any additional costs.

III. Rental Period and Renewal

  1. Start and End Dates: Specific dates should be provided, such as “from [date] to [date].”
  2. Renewal Terms: If renewal is needed, Party B must notify Party A in writing in advance and sign a new contract to avoid disputes arising from oral agreements.

IV. Rental Fees and Payment Methods

  1. Fee Structure: Fees may be charged daily or monthly. For example, for the Haikou project, the rental fee is 620 yuan per unit per day for rentals of 15 days or less, and 580 yuan per unit per day for rentals of 16 days or more; monthly fees may be 450 yuan per unit per month.
  2. Deposit and Payment Schedule: Party B must pay a deposit, which will be refunded upon completion of the rental period without any breaches. The remaining rental fees can be paid on a “monthly/quarterly/semi-annual/annual” basis, with each payment completed X days in advance.

V. Service Content

  1. Transportation and Installation: Party A is responsible for transporting the mobile toilets to the designated location and ensuring they are调试ed to normal operating condition.
  2. Cleaning and Maintenance: The cleaning frequency (e.g., once daily or twice weekly) and response time for fault repairs (e.g., within X hours of notification) should be agreed upon.
  3. Environmental Protection Treatment: This includes the use of professional deodorizers, pipe unclogging, electrical circuit inspections, etc., to ensure compliance with environmental protection requirements.

VI. Rights and Obligations of Both Parties

  1. Party A’s Oblations: Party A must provide mobile toilets and services that meet standards and be responsible for maintenance and repairs.
  2. Party B’s Oblations: Party B must pay the rental fees as agreed, refrain from subletting or using the toilets in a different location, safeguard the rented items (compensating at market value for damage or loss), and notify Party A in advance of any relocation or termination of the rental.

VII. Liability for Breach of Contract

  1. Late Fees: If Party B fails to pay the rental fees on time, a late fee of X% of the overdue amount will be charged daily.
  2. Penalties and Compensation: If the rented items are not returned or fees are not paid upon the end of the rental period, a penalty will be charged; if damage to the rented items is caused by Party B, repair or compensation costs will be borne by Party B.

VIII. Dispute Resolution

  1. The laws of the People’s Republic of China shall apply.
  2. If disputes cannot be resolved through negotiation, a lawsuit may be filed with the People’s Court in Party A’s location.

IX. Other Terms The contract shall be made in duplicate, with each party holding one copy, and shall take effect upon signature or sealing by both parties; any matters not covered herein may be addressed in a supplementary agreement, which shall have equal legal effect as this contract.
