Reinforced Concrete Mobile Toilet
The price of reinforced concrete mobile toilets varies depending on the supplier, specifications, and purchase quantity. The fixing method should be selected according to the usage scenario and must comply with relevant regulations to ensure safety and stability.

Price Range
The price of reinforced concrete mobile toilets is significantly influenced by the supplier, product type, and purchase volume. For example, Hunan Zhongjiang Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. offers mobile toilets (suitable for outdoor construction site restrooms, etc.) at a unit price of ¥1200.00, but a minimum purchase of ≥10 units is required. Hunan Zhongyi Zhugong Construction Technology Co., Ltd. offers similar products at a unit price of ¥1250.00, but a minimum purchase of ≥100 units is required. For single-unit purchases, Maoming Hengjian Activity Room Technology Co., Ltd.'s new rural mobile toilet restroom is priced at ¥10,500 per unit. Additionally, among concrete movable toilets priced by area or unit, Jiangxi Ruiyao Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. charges ¥230.00 per square meter, Jiangxi Zhankun Construction Engineering Industry Co., Ltd. charges ¥500.00 per unit, and Shaoxing Zejiang Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. charges ¥1300.00 per unit.
Fixing Methods
- Expansion Bolt Fixing Method: Suitable for cement or hardened ground. Use a level to position the four corners of the toilet base, mark the drilling positions, and then use an impact drill to drill holes and install expansion bolts, ensuring the bolts are fully flush with the ground. It is recommended to use 2-4 bolts per side to enhance stability, suitable for temporary or lightweight toilets.
- Concrete Pouring Fixing: Suitable for long-term or heavy-duty toilets. Excavate a foundation pit 50cm deep and 60cm wide, lay a crushed stone base layer and compact it, then set up formwork and pour C30 concrete, inserting a steel reinforcement frame to enhance strength. After the concrete has set for 3-5 days, connect the toilet chassis to the foundation. This method requires professional construction cooperation and prior application for a construction permit.
- Counterweight Block Fixing Method: Suitable for temporary scenarios or non-hardened ground. Place prefabricated concrete blocks or sandbags around the bottom of the toilet, with each counterweight block recommended to be ≥50kg and the total counterweight not less than 1.5 times the self-weight of the toilet. Wrap the counterweight blocks with waterproof tarpaulin to prevent rain erosion, and require professional personnel to disassemble them when moving.
General Specifications for Ground Fixing
Before fixing, check the ground flatness with an error not exceeding 3mm; reserve 2-3mm of expansion space when fixing with bolts to prevent equipment deformation due to thermal expansion and contraction; the lessee must provide a load-bearing test report to ensure the ground bearing capacity is ≥5kN/㎡; regularly inspect the fixing devices and reinforce them before the rainy season and perform anti-rust treatment.
