Regular Mobile Toilet Custom Installation

Admin October 06, 2026

Regular mobile toilets can be customized in terms of exterior color, size, as well as anti-slip marble floors, sinks, etc. Specific tools are required and steps must be followed for installation.

Customization: Regular mobile toilets offer a high degree of customization flexibility. In terms of appearance, the color can be customized according to the usage scenario and personal preferences, allowing it to harmonize with the surrounding environment or meet specific visual requirements. The size can also be customized based on the available space and the number of users, ensuring that it does not occupy excessive space while meeting usage needs. Additionally, interior facilities can be customized. For example, anti-slip marble floors are not only aesthetically pleasing but also enhance safety by preventing slips and falls. Customized sinks can cater to different hygiene habits and usage needs, improving the overall user experience.

Installation: After receiving the mobile toilet shipment, tools such as an electric drill, a 4.2-millimeter drill bit, and a rivet gun are required. The installation steps are as follows:

  • Step 1: Install the interior corners sequentially. The interior corners are an important part of the mobile toilet's structure, and proper installation provides a stable framework for subsequent assembly work.
  • Step 2: Insert the panels into the slots and align them for assembly. This step requires careful operation to ensure that the panels are tightly assembled and accurately aligned, guaranteeing the overall structural stability of the mobile toilet.
  • Step 3: After aligning the top and panels, drill holes with the drill bit, insert rivets, and secure them with the rivet gun. The drilling positions and depths must meet the requirements, and the insertion and securing of the rivets must be firm to ensure reliable connections between the various components of the mobile toilet, preventing looseness or wobbling during use.

Composition and Advantages: Mobile toilets are generally composed of a fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device), floor panels, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tanks, roofs, and mobile devices. They can be classified in various ways based on structural form, mobility method, and sewage treatment method. They offer advantages such as mobility, modularity, and ease of transportation, making them suitable for various temporary or highly mobile locations.
