Recycling Mobile Toilets
Mobile toilets are recyclable waste, and their recycling holds multiple values. The market recycling prices vary due to factors such as region, material, and type.

I. Market Recycling Price Situation The recycling prices of mobile toilets vary significantly across different regions and types. For example, the recycling price of a mobile toilet in Shaoyang, Hunan is 3400.00 yuan per unit; the recycling price of a metal-carved mobile toilet in Hefei, Anhui is 1800.00 yuan per unit; and the recycling price of a prefabricated mobile public toilet for community event rooms at the Qingzhigu waste classification recycling station in Jiaozuo, Henan is 6800.00 yuan per unit. These price differences mainly stem from factors such as material, process complexity, and regional supply and demand relationships. For instance, due to higher processing costs, the price of metal-carved panel materials may be lower than that of prefabricated structural products; while community public toilets with more complete functions, equipped with independent toilet partition treatment systems and other facilities, have higher recycling values.
II. Material Characteristics and Reuse Value Mobile toilets are usually constructed with a framework made of national standard steel, color-coated steel plates, carved panels, etc. The surface materials have anti-corrosion and fire-resistant properties, with a service life of over 20 years. The independent toilet partition treatment systems and other facilities inside further enhance structural stability. These characteristics enable waste mobile toilets to realize value transformation through two methods after recycling:
- Material Disassembly and Recycling: Steel, metal components, etc. can be remelted and remanufactured for use in construction or manufacturing industries;
- Overall Refurbishment and Renovation: The main structure is retained, and worn-out components (such as doors, windows, and sanitary facilities) are replaced before being put back into use, especially suitable for scenarios such as temporary events and post-disaster reconstruction.
III. Economic Value in Special Scenarios In special scenarios such as container auctions, waste mobile toilets may receive additional premiums by being bundled and auctioned with other high-value containers. For example, if a mobile toilet, together with containers and mechanical equipment, forms the subject of an auction, its recycling value may be influenced by the overall asset valuation, exceeding the assessment range based solely on a single material or function. This value manifestation requires analysis in combination with specific transaction scenarios, but its essence still stems from the disassemblability and reusability of mobile toilets as industrial products.
