Qujing Color Steel Mobile Toilet Dimensions

Admin October 16, 2026

The dimensions of Qujing color steel mobile toilets are usually customized according to the usage scenario and requirements. Common standard dimensions can be divided into three categories: single-unit, multi-unit combinations, and special requirements, as detailed below:

The single-unit dimension is the basic module of mobile toilets, designed to balance user comfort and space utilization. The width typically ranges from 1.0 to 1.2 meters, a range that accommodates normal standing and turning for a single person, avoiding inconvenience caused by overly narrow spaces. The depth ranges from 1.0 to 1.5 meters, with 1.0 meters suitable for simple scenarios requiring only a squat toilet, and 1.5 meters capable of accommodating a sit-down toilet or small storage space. The height ranges from 2.0 to 2.5 meters, ensuring internal air circulation, meeting the requirements for head movement space in ergonomics, and avoiding a sense of oppression due to insufficient height.

Multi-unit combination dimensions need to be dynamically adjusted based on the number of squat positions to meet the high-frequency usage demands of public places or large events. The overall width of a double-squat unit is approximately 2.0 to 2.4 meters, which includes the width of a single unit plus intermediate partitions and passage space, ensuring that the two independent usage units do not interfere with each other. If increased to three squat positions or more, the width should be expanded by 0.8 to 1.0 meters for each additional squat position, with at least 0.8 meters of central passage reserved for easy personnel access and maintenance. The depth and height are usually consistent with those of a single unit to standardize manufacturing and reduce costs.

Special requirement dimensions are primarily for barrier-free usage scenarios and must strictly adhere to relevant regulations. The width of a barrier-free toilet must be ≥1.5 meters, a dimension that allows a wheelchair to turn 180 degrees inside, meeting the independent usage needs of disabled individuals. The depth must be ≥1.8 meters, in addition to accommodating a wheelchair, to reserve a safety distance and prevent collisions between users and sanitary fixtures. The height is usually the same as that of a standard single unit, but the door frame width must be increased to 0.9 to 1.0 meters to accommodate wheelchair passage. Additionally, the interior must be equipped with auxiliary facilities such as handrails and low-position sinks to further enhance barrier-free functionality.

It should be noted that the above dimensions are common standards and can be fine-tuned in actual production based on site conditions, usage frequency, and budget, but the core functionality must not be compromised.
