Qufu Concrete Prefabricated Houses

Admin September 18, 2026

There are concrete prefabricated house-related industries and products in Qufu, but pure concrete prefabricated structures are not used in large-scale modern livable rural housing construction. Here is a detailed introduction:

I. Related Enterprises and Products
Several enterprises in Qufu are involved in businesses related to concrete prefabricated houses. Qufu Zhonglian Concrete Co., Ltd., established in 2012, engages in the research and development, as well as sales of ready-mixed commercial concrete, concrete prefabricated parts, and related products. The processing of its concrete products is carried out by its branches, but it does not explicitly mention whole prefabricated house products. Enterprises such as Qufu Weihong New Building Materials Co., Ltd., Jining Xiangyun Prefabricated Building Co., Ltd., and Jining Jianwei Prefabricated Component Co., Ltd. directly provide products related to concrete prefabricated houses, such as reinforced concrete inspection wells, prefabricated rainwater observation wells, concrete prefabricated mobile houses, and prefabricated cement house molds. These products have a wide price range, from several hundred yuan to tens of thousands of yuan, mainly meeting local needs in different scenarios, such as temporary housing and infrastructure support, but do not involve a complete residential system.

II. Modern Livable Rural Housing Construction Model
Luyuan New Village in Nishan Town, Qufu City, serves as a typical example of modern rural housing construction. It adopts the model of 'government-led + joint construction by central enterprises', with China State Construction International Group responsible for the construction. The project has completed 868 sets of high-standard rural houses and 142 sets of elderly-friendly apartments. However, the building structure is mainly brick-concrete, with most buildings being two stories high. The designed house types include three types: 100㎡, 128㎡, and 150㎡. The architectural appearance combines new Chinese style with the regional characteristics of southwestern Shandong, using elements such as gray-white walls, flat-slope combined roofs, and gray tiles. The application of concrete prefabricated structures is not mentioned. This indicates that the local area prefers traditional brick-concrete structures in large-scale livable rural housing construction, possibly due to comprehensive considerations of cost, construction efficiency, or seismic performance.

III. Industrial Characteristics and Limitations
The concrete prefabricated house industry in Qufu mainly focuses on local components and temporary housing and has not yet formed a complete residential product system. Enterprise products mostly serve infrastructure or temporary needs and lack comprehensive solutions for housing. Modern livable rural housing construction, on the other hand, places greater emphasis on functionality and aesthetics. Brick-concrete structures have advantages in cost controllability, construction flexibility, and local adaptability, making them the mainstream choice.
