Qixian Rural Mobile Toilets
Qixian rural areas have measures for fixed toilet renovation as well as support for the mobile toilet industry in toilet renovation, but there is no explicit mention of large-scale application of rural mobile toilets.
Significant Results in Fixed Toilet Renovation The progress of the "toilet revolution" in rural areas of Qixian has been remarkable, with multiple townships actively carrying out toilet renovations. Banmu Township, in accordance with government toilet renovation policies, has vigorously built water-flush sanitary toilets, effectively addressing the issues of numerous mosquitoes and strong odors in the previous dry toilets. Currently, 1,071 households in the township have completed toilet renovations, with an investment of over 1.6 million yuan. Gaoyang Town has focused on adapting measures to local conditions and rational planning in its toilet renovation work, with unified standards and specifications. The renovated toilets are not only tiled with white tiles and equipped with water-flush squat toilets and modern shower facilities, but also have three-chamber or three-cistern funnel-type septic tanks, greatly improving sanitary conditions. A total of 2,829 households in 33 administrative villages in the town have completed toilet renovations, leading to a significant improvement in the rural living environment.
Support for the Mobile Toilet Industry There are mobile toilet manufacturers in Kaifeng, such as Henan Guting Metal Products Co., Ltd. Its products include mobile toilets, among others, with most materials being recyclable and the quantity able to be flexibly configured according to actual needs. These mobile toilets are suitable for outdoor mobile public toilets, temporary public toilets, and other scenarios in Lankao County, Tongxu County, Weishi County, Qixian, and other places in Kaifeng. However, it is not currently explicitly mentioned whether the products of this manufacturer are directly applied to the rural mobile toilet scenarios in Qixian.
Overall, rural toilet renovation in Qixian mainly focuses on fixed toilet renovation, and has improved rural sanitation levels through a series of measures. Although there is product support from mobile toilet manufacturers, the specific application situation of rural mobile toilets remains to be further clarified.
