Qingyuan Marathon Portable Toilets
In 2025, the Qingyuan Marathon has comprehensively optimized the allocation of portable toilets, with sufficient toilet facilities set up at the start/finish points and along the racecourse, along with local rental service support.

Portable Toilet Allocation at Start/Finish Points
The Qingyuan Marathon has established 7 portable toilet areas at the assembly area near the start/finish points (Qingyuan City Gymnasium), with one-third designated as women-only toilets, clearly marked. Runners can use these facilities after bag drop-off and before entering the assembly area, effectively alleviating the pressure of concentrated toilet use before the race.
Toilet Distribution Along the Racecourse
To meet runners' needs, the event adheres to the principle of "toilets available wherever there is water at aid stations" and has increased the density of aid stations. The specific distribution is as follows:
- Fun Run: One toilet point is set up every 2.5 kilometers to ensure convenience for short-distance runners.
- Half Marathon: A total of 8 toilet points are set up at 2.5 km, 5 km, 7.5 km, 10 km, 12.5 km, 15 km, 17.5 km, and 20 km, covering key points along the entire course.
- Full Marathon: A total of 16 toilet points are set up, with one toilet every 2.5 kilometers starting from the 2.5 km mark, ensuring continuous support for long-distance runners.
Local Rental Service Support
Several local companies in Qingyuan offer rental services for marathon portable toilets, providing imported plastic eco-friendly toilets. These toilets come with built-in water tanks and fecal storage tanks, requiring no external water supply or sewage connections, making them suitable for sites without infrastructure. Additionally, rental plans are available in high, medium, and low tiers, allowing flexible selection based on event scale and budget, further enhancing the flexibility of event logistics support.
Through these measures, the Qingyuan Marathon has balanced quantity, distribution, and practicality in portable toilet allocation, providing runners with a more user-friendly racing experience.
