Qingyuan Foam-Sealing Mobile Toilet
The Qingyuan foam-sealing mobile toilet is a mobile sanitation facility that uses foam-sealing technology instead of traditional water flushing. It offers core advantages such as water conservation, odor isolation, anti-clogging, and no need for a sewer network, making it suitable for waterless/sewerless scenarios and cold regions.

Core Working Principle
The foam-sealing mobile toilet uses a microcomputer to control the mixing of a foaming agent with water (at a ratio of approximately 1:1000), generating high-density foam that covers the surface of the toilet bowl. The foam layer creates a dual odor-isolation mechanism: first, it directly blocks the return of foul odors, and second, it provides secondary odor prevention through flexible sealing at the drainage outlet, ensuring minimal odor and no flies during use. The liquid level maintenance system automatically replenishes the foam to prevent breakage of the foam layer.
Water Conservation and Anti-Clogging Performance
- High water conservation efficiency: Each use consumes less than 50ml of water, achieving a water conservation rate of 90%–98%, with almost no sewage discharge, significantly reducing water consumption.
- Anti-clogging design: The strong lubricity of the foam allows waste to slide down smoothly without sticking to the walls, reducing clogging. Additionally, only white foam is visible during use, providing a better visual experience.
Intelligent Operation Functions
Equipped with intelligent modules such as infrared sensing, automatic foam replenishment, fault self-diagnosis, and low-foam alerts, it requires minimal manual intervention. For example, infrared sensing can automatically trigger the foam flushing process, while the low-foam alert function monitors the foam level through sensors and replenishes the foaming agent in a timely manner.
Environmental Adaptability
- Cold region adaptation: Optional low-temperature foaming liquid and heating systems allow normal operation in environments ranging from -20℃ to -30℃, solving the problem of traditional mobile toilets freezing in low temperatures.
- Sewerless scenarios: Waste can be periodically emptied through a collection tank or directly discharged into a septic tank/municipal sewer network; if equipped with biodegradation technology, it can achieve no need for emptying, reducing manual maintenance costs.
Energy and Environmental Protection Features
- Photovoltaic power supply option: Supports use in scenic spots, campsites, and other scenarios without electricity, providing self-power through solar panels and reducing energy consumption.
- Biodegradation technology: Waste is decomposed by microorganisms, resulting in no odor or leakage, avoiding secondary pollution, and supporting landscape customization to blend with the surrounding environment.
Applicable Scenarios
Widely used in scenic spots, parks, campsites, cultural tourism projects, construction sites, wild areas, temporary events (such as exhibitions, music festivals), etc., especially suitable for waterless/sewerless areas, cold regions, or scenarios with high environmental protection requirements. Its modular design supports rapid installation, with a lifespan of up to 15 years and low maintenance costs.
