Qingshan Container Mobile Toilet

Admin October 13, 2026

The Qingshan container mobile toilet is a mobile sanitation unit transformed from a standardized container, integrating building structure, water supply and drainage systems, and waste treatment mechanisms within a transportable steel container. The following provides an introduction from four aspects: structure, functionality, waste disposal, and customization services.

Container Structure
Originally used for cargo transportation, the container features a framework made of high-strength weather-resistant steel, with longitudinal and transverse bottom beams to bear weight. When converted into a toilet, structural engineers must recalculate the load distribution and reinforce the container: support angle irons are added between the bottom beams to enhance load-bearing capacity; and keels are welded to the inner sides of the side panels to prevent wall deformation due to long-term humidity changes or external impacts. These measures ensure the container maintains geometric stability during multiple transports, hoists, and uses, extending its service life.

Functional Zoning
A standard 20-foot container has an internal area of approximately 14 square meters, requiring a rational layout of toilets, sinks, shower areas, and ventilation systems. Water supply and drainage pipes are pre-installed in the floor sandwich layer or sidewall cavities during container manufacturing. Sink wastewater and shower drains share a DN50 main pipe, guided by slope to a collection trough on one side of the container; the toilet waste pipe is independently set to avoid cross-contamination. Dry-wet separation is achieved through floor height differences: the shower area floor is sunken 3-5 centimeters, paved with anti-slip tiles and stainless steel drains to prevent water overflow; the toilet and sink area floors remain flat for easy cleaning. The ventilation system typically combines forced exhaust with natural air intake to ensure internal air circulation and reduce odors.

Waste Disposal Path
There are two waste disposal solutions:

  1. Integrated Sewage Tank: With a capacity of approximately 200-300 liters, wastewater from toilets and sinks is suctioned into the tank by a vacuum pump and regularly pumped out by a sewage suction truck. This solution is suitable for temporary events or scenarios without municipal sewage networks but requires frequent tank cleaning.
  2. Microbial Degradation System: A bioreactor is installed at the bottom of the container, using aerobic bacteria to decompose feces and urine into odorless liquid fertilizer and a small amount of solid residue. This solution is more environmentally friendly but requires regular addition of bacterial strains and maintenance of reactor temperature and humidity.
Regardless of the solution, waste pipe interfaces adopt quick-connect clamps for easy and rapid connection to sewage suction trucks or reclaimed water treatment devices at rental points, improving usage efficiency.

Customization Services
Jinhua Xin'an Steel Structure Engineering Co., Ltd. offers personalized design and customization solutions for Qingshan containers, covering design, production, sales, and installation as a one-stop service, and can adjust container size, functional zoning, and waste disposal solutions according to customer needs. Zhonghe Qingshan Toilet Technology (Sichuan) Co., Ltd. focuses on toilet technology, but its product is the Huanbaoxia green pollution-free smart toilet, which differs in product form and characteristics from container mobile toilets.
