Newly Constructed Mobile Prefabricated Public Toilets
There are two newly constructed mobile prefabricated public toilets in Huaxin Town, Qingpu District. The Baolong public toilet covers an area of approximately 160 square meters and was completed in May 2024; the newly built public toilet in the industrial park covers an area of about 200 square meters and is located at the intersection of Xin'xie Road and Huacai Road, completed in February this year. Both have a unified, simple, and elegant appearance, designed in two stories.
The interior layout is reasonable, with comprehensive facilities and a clean environment. Emphasis is placed on increasing the proportion of female toilet stalls, with each stall equipped with a smart display. In addition to regular male and female toilets and management rooms, there is also a third toilet equipped with child and adult toilets, urinals, etc. For mothers with infants, there are baby care stations and toddler seats; for the elderly and disabled, there are toilet handrails and sink handrails. The public toilets have seats for rest, equipped with wheelchairs, canes, and other convenience facilities. A smart public toilet system is installed at the entrance, providing real-time feedback on toilet stall usage, temperature, humidity, and other environmental data.
Upgrades have also been made in terms of functionality and services. A sanitation workers' rest area is provided, located on the second floor of the public toilet, with multiple rest rooms equipped with air conditioning, sofas, tables, and chairs, as well as refrigerators, microwaves, and kettles. The newly built public toilet in the industrial park has specially created a driver's rest area to meet the needs of surrounding truck drivers, providing sofas for short rests and areas for heating food and charging mobile phones.
Rental Services
