Qingpu District Ecological Mobile Toilet

Admin October 12, 2026

The ecological mobile toilets in Qingpu District feature reasonable site selection, well-planned layout, and upgraded functional services.

Reasonable site selection, flexible construction, and elegant appearance: The two ecological mobile toilets in Huaxin Town, Qingpu District, are both mobile prefabricated public toilets, offering advantages such as rapid construction speed and flexible site selection. Among them, the Baolong public toilet covers an area of approximately 160 square meters and was completed in May 2024. It is located in a park and primarily serves local residents and tourists. The newly built public toilet in the industrial park covers an area of about 200 square meters and is situated at the intersection of Xinxie Road and Huacai Road. Completed in February this year, it focuses on meeting the needs of groups such as truck drivers and couriers, filling the gap in sanitation facilities in the surrounding area. Both public toilets feature a unified, simple, and elegant design with two floors, meeting urban landscape requirements and enhancing the image of public facilities.

Well-planned layout, comprehensive facilities, and user-friendly design: The interior of the public toilets is clean, spacious, and bright, with a scientifically planned layout. The proportion of female toilet stalls has been significantly increased, and each stall is equipped with a smart display screen showing real-time usage status. In addition to regular male and female toilets and management rooms, both public toilets have third restrooms equipped with child and adult toilets and urinals. For mothers and infants, there are baby care tables and toddler seats, while for the elderly and disabled, there are grab bars for toilets and washbasins and other barrier-free facilities. Additionally, the public toilets have rest seats and are equipped with convenience tools such as wheelchairs and canes. A smart public toilet system is installed at the entrance, providing real-time feedback on toilet stall usage and environmental data such as temperature and humidity, enhancing the user experience.

Upgraded functions, extending services to specific groups: The second floor of the public toilets houses a sanitation workers' rest area, providing a place for sanitation workers to rest. The rest area is equipped with air conditioning, sofas, tables and chairs, refrigerators, microwaves, and kettles to meet basic living needs. The newly built public toilet in the industrial park has been designed with the actual needs of surrounding truck drivers in mind, featuring a dedicated 'Driver's Home' rest area with sofas for short breaks, as well as a food heating area and a mobile phone charging area, further expanding the service functions of the public toilet and demonstrating care for specific occupational groups.
