Qilihe Mobile Toilet

There are situations related to mobile toilets in some areas of Qilihe, and the conditions vary at different locations.

The T-junction east of Yin Tan Ze Hua Primary School

There used to be a mobile public toilet at this location. However, due to long years of use, it has aged, with serious circuit board failures, making it unable to operate normally. At the same time, as it is located at a T-junction of a construction road section, there are issues such as ground subsidence, occupation of the blind path, and obstruction of pedestrian passage, making it unsuitable for the continued placement of a mobile public toilet. It was removed on July 4, 2024. Currently, due to limited special funds for public toilets and difficulties in recruiting management personnel, it is temporarily impossible to move the mobile public toilet back. However, the district urban appearance and environmental sanitation service center has registered and filed the suggested locations. Once the public toilets are procured, it will communicate and coordinate with relevant streets, conduct on-site surveys for site selection, and if conditions permit, plan to add toilets in a coordinated manner.

The section from Shenjiapo Bridgehead to the Cultural Palace on Lei Tan He Xi Street, Xiyuan Sub-district, Qilihe District

The original public restroom on this road section was temporarily removed due to the Lan'a Highway construction project and the maintenance and renovation of National Highway S104, causing difficulties in finding toilets for residents and passersby. After receiving feedback, the community actively organized members of the "Community Work Committee" to conduct on-site inspections and contacted and coordinated with relevant departments such as the sub-district office, the district environmental sanitation service center, and property management companies to select a new location. Eventually, a mobile public restroom was set up, effectively solving the toilet problem in this area.
