Qibin Mobile Toilet

Admin September 22, 2026

Qibin District has implemented multiple measures in mobile toilets, including new construction and renovation, facility upgrades, application of environmental protection technologies, and management optimization.

I. New Construction and Renovation of Mobile Toilets Since 2021, Qibin District has significantly expanded the coverage and service capacity of mobile toilets through the construction of new facilities and renovation of old ones. Specifically, six new mobile public toilets have been built, and six old mobile public toilets have been renovated. These toilets are widely used in scenarios such as marathons, concerts, music festivals, and construction sites, and flexibly meet the needs of different scenarios through a rental service model, effectively alleviating the problem of difficult access to public toilets.

II. Facility Upgrades To improve humanized service levels, some mobile public toilets have been equipped with multiple convenience facilities. For example, the provision of third toilets offers independent space for disabled individuals, the elderly, and parents with young children; smart paper dispensers reduce contact through sensing technology, enhancing hygiene and convenience; and mobile phone charging stations meet the dependency needs of modern people on electronic devices. The introduction of these facilities has transformed mobile toilets from single-function spaces to comprehensive service areas.

III. Application of Environmental Protection Technologies Qibin District has incorporated environmental protection concepts into the design of mobile toilets, adopting microbial decomposition technology to treat feces and toilet waste. This technology cultivates pure strains of microorganisms from nature and utilizes their metabolic activities to decompose organic matter into harmless substances, eliminating environmental pollution from traditional toilets at the source and meeting sustainable development requirements.

IV. Management Optimization and Institutional Guarantees To enhance management levels, the Qibin District Environmental Sanitation Service Center has improved multiple rules and regulations, including the Responsibilities of the Public Toilet Management Office and the Responsibilities of Public Toilet Cleaners. By establishing rules and regulations, clarifying standards, standardizing management, and assigning responsibilities, a institutional framework has been provided for public toilet management. Meanwhile, through intensifying training efforts and conducting irregular hygiene and service evaluations, the enthusiasm of management personnel has been stimulated, driving continuous improvement in service quality and forming a dual-wheel drive management model of institutions + evaluations.
