How to Install Mobile Toilets in Qiannan
Admin October 08, 2026
The installation of mobile toilets in Qiannan should follow the core process of 'positioning-assembly-connection' and comply with standards such as the 'Hygiene Specifications for Mobile Toilets' (GB/T 21239 - 2023). The specific steps are as follows:

I. Positioning: Site Preparation and Foundation Treatment
- Site Planning: Determine the installation location of the mobile toilet based on usage needs, considering ground flatness, drainage direction, and surrounding environment. The ground must be solid and have good drainage to avoid water accumulation or settlement risks.
- Foundation Treatment: If the ground is uneven or the soil is soft (such as muddy or sandy ground), hardening treatment (such as pouring concrete) or laying steel plates should be carried out in advance to ensure the stability of the chassis. This step may add 1-2 days of preliminary preparation time but can significantly enhance long-term safety.
II. Assembly: Differentiated Operations for Split and Integrated Toilets
Split Mobile Toilets:
- Chassis and Frame Installation: Use a forklift or manual labor to place the prefabricated steel structure chassis steadily at the predetermined position and adjust it to a level state with a level gauge to avoid tilting of subsequent facilities.
- Wall and Roof Panel Installation: Insert the sandwich panel wall panels into the chassis slots one by one and secure them with bolts or clips; then install the roof panels and seal the joints to prevent rainwater leakage. This step usually takes 1-2 hours, and attention should be paid to the sealing of the wall panel joints.
- Internal Facility Integration: Install partitions, toilets, flushing systems, sinks (optional), lighting, and ventilation equipment. Water and electricity connections should be operated by professionals, but the modular quick-connect design can shorten the time to within 30 minutes.
Integrated Mobile Toilets (Box-type Toilets):
- Hoisting and Positioning: Use a crane to hoist the factory-prefabricated integrated toilet to the target position and place it directly on the hardened ground.
- Pipeline Connection: Only need to connect the water, electricity, and sewage pipelines. The overall installation time can be shortened to 2-4 hours, making it suitable for emergency or temporary use scenarios.
III. Connection: Function Testing and Acceptance
- Flushing Test: Check the flushing pressure and drainage speed of the toilet to ensure no blockage or backflow.
- Circuit Inspection: Verify the power supply stability of lighting, ventilation equipment, and sockets (if any) to eliminate the risk of electric leakage.
- Sealing Inspection: Focus on checking the joints of wall panels, roofs, and sewage pipelines, and reinforce them with waterproof glue or sealing strips.
- Compliance Acceptance: Check the structural safety, hygiene indicators (such as ventilation volume ≥ 80m³/h), and barrier-free design (such as ramps and handrails) against national standards.
Precautions: Wear safety protective equipment during installation to avoid the risk of high-altitude operations; if underground sewage pipeline connections are involved, report to the relevant departments in advance and comply with environmental protection requirements.
